First of all, I’m disabled and I’m young. I use a cane to help my balance. The girl who took my order seemed more focused on my cane, than taking my order. Then when I finally got her attention, she wasn’t even friendly or even nice! It’s employees like this that give businesses a bad rep and even make the good people look pountless! in addition, the amount of food has changed! Before, the bowl came more full than today. Food atill tastes good though. The sauce station was pretty sticky today. Usually it’s kept cleaner, but it was pretty busy during that time of 2PM. Customer service — poor Food portion — poo Food quality — good The staff try to clean as much as they can. Because it was busy, I can’t really rate that. Anyway I purchased 3 half-half bowls for about $ 22. Not baf price

Tried this for the first time ever tonight. It was alright. I had the shrimp veggie bowl. Don’t know that I’ll be back. It wasn’t terrible but Flame Broiler is closer to my house and I like it better than Waba. Pros: they have choices like shrimp and salmon! And avocado as an extra! Cons: pricey. We spent $ 27 on 3 bowls. Also, sauce is way too salty. I definitely prefer Flame Broiler’s magic sauce. And there wasn’t too much in the way of veggies in my bowl. Flame Broiler puts so many veggies in there and I love that(even if it’s mostly cabbage).

Food quality: Excellent, little bit better than Flame Broiler. Definitely better quality than L&L. The salads are very crispy and fresh, I like the dressing and I enjoy the sweet orange that comes with the plate combo. I always get their complimentary pickled jalepenios and carrots. Service: very good, didn’t have to wait long. I order, I pay, get my receipt, and get my food when my number is called all within a few minutes. Consistency: Yes. Been here three times before posting my review. All three times have been consistent in quality and service. Cleanliness: Yes, very clean. Value: Pricy. This is where it loses a star. If the prices were the same as Flame Broiler, it would be a slam dunk, but if you don’t mind paying a little more for their quality, then it’s okay. They use quality plastic take out containers(recyclable) instead of the cheap styrofoam(not recyclable) that most teri places use, so that adds to the cost as well.

This bogus Waba Branch just fucked up our order. We order 2 half & half w/rice only to get home & get nothing but 90% vegetables and a few loose pieces of chicken & beef. I don’t even eat vegetables The girl that took the order named ANGELA was probably so busy & eager to go home messed up our orders completely. Location manager should pay more attention to this employee instead of her being eager to close & going home. Check #1383÷2÷2016

First time experience: I was impressed! I tried the salmon plate. It was delicious. I’m always a bit reluctant to order fish from a «fast food» restaurant yet this experience may have changed my mind. The salmon had a nice flavor and consistency which suggests to me it was made to order and not sitting for hours in a food warmer. It came with a nice terrayaki sauce. I would say the same for the brown rice — tasted freshly made. The restaurant was clean and the servers attentive. I’ll definitely try it again.

Meat quality is just not good, especially if you frequent Flame Broiler you will be able to tell the difference. Sauce is also bleh. I was really hoping to like this place because it’s 2 minutes from my job but it’s just not good and especially for the price. Only plus was that they are very fast with getting the order out.

This location does not have tofu. After being told«next week» on several prior visits, I was told the owner does not wish to carry tofu. Not vegetarian friendly location. I will stick with Teriyaki Inn from now on. As a follow up, they now have Tofu! YAY

Waba tends to be pricey compared to local joints. This location only gave me about half the meat that even other wabas do.

I ordered the chicken salad plate. I was disappointed that the slices of apples were mushy and the cherry tomatoes were overripe. They look like they have been sitting in their ref for a while. For $ 8.25 I could have gone to CPK for a better salad and paid the same.

They clean with lavender scented Fabuloso here and it completely overtakes your senses. The smell ruined it for me. Chicken was good, rice was very dry and tasted old

Went here for take out today and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and more spacious than I thought. The staff was professional and had my food 5 minutes after I placed my order. The food is better than a lot of the other fast food teriyaki places out there. I’m sure I’ll be back.

1 star for food quality. We just ordered our food, I went to the bathroom and came back. I asked if the food on the counter was ours because it was in a bag. The lady who took our order just kept saying the number. She wasn’t really personable. She didn’t smile or greet anyone who came in the place. The place is big and spacious but the tables were dirty. I mean there was 6 people behind the counter and not even one person can wipe the tables from time to time? Plus there were flies flying everywhere and I notice one landed on my salad. Yes. Im in total disgust. when I we got done eating, i threw the plates a way and the trash was full. I am never ever coming back here. Sucks that I this place has a great venue but the people they hired are rude, lack customer service and don’t care about the place. I came here 8÷10÷15 lunch time. I’d rather drive to wabba grill in Carson street. They have better customer service. I DONTRECOMMENDPEOPLETOEATHERE. YOURJUSTGOINGTOLOOSEYOURAPPETITE! THISPLACEISDISGUSTING!!!

This place is not only clean, the staff is friendly, but your order comes out in less than three minutes. I had the teriyaki bowl with vegetables. I love the fact that the teriyaki bowl itself is not completely doused with teriyaki sauce and the vegetables were steamed to perfection. The cashier was even nice enough to suggest that I add avocado to my dish which was a great complement to my steam vegetables. I would definitely return.

I went got here at 1140 and was the first one in line for the lunch crowd. I ended up leaving 25 minutes later because they gave away my order to someone else. I explained to the worker what happened but she didn’t seem to understand what I was telling her. They had to remake my order after 20 minutes. I was patient because I understand what it’s like to work at a restaurant… Especially having to work the lunch crowd. The workers didn’t have a bad attitude but they did seem a tad bit bothered. Stay positive ladies! Try to smile– trust me it makes a big difference when your orders are backed up and you’re trying to rush and get it right.

I went here after work and was in for a treat. I’ve been to another WaBa Grill and it was just as good as this one. Walked in and was greeted right away. There was no one in line so I received my food super fast. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Or so it seemed. I will definitely be going back. I think the food here is better than Flame Broiler: D

Wish I could give them no stars. I love Waba grill and never have an issue at another Waba grill I go to and I go a lot, but the cook was VERY rude towards me which shocked me seeing as he doesn’t even have to deal with the customers. Will not be returning to the Torrance Waba grill ever again which sucks because I work right down the street. I will stick to my favorite in Gardena.
