I really like the service I received and the salesman Yomi, was very professional and very instrumental in helping find the perfect bed.

Not impressed at all with how they nickel and dime you for everything.
The products are good but you pay through your nose all kind of additional costs. Lots of middle men each getting their cut. There is only 72 hrs to make changes, but Carson does not send out anyone to measure to avoid mistakes. If there is a mistake (that any other reputable company would have avoided) you pay for in additonal fees including reshipping, reassembly even if assembly hadn’t been done in the first place. They will not absorb ANY costs or really try to accomodate and ensure customers return. For a $ 4000 Bed you would expect more.

Mr. Yomi was very helpful with our purchase. He was very informative and made everything easy. It was very important that we got our bed on time and he was instrumental in making it happen! And he was very good with our son! They were instant buddies!

My husband and I were in the market for a wallbed in February. We chose Wallbeds N More based on our experience in the showroom which is now actually located in Carson.
I’ve tried updating the Unilocal address, but for some reason it doesn’t like me I guess. At any rate, the Cerritos location is no longer. They moved that store to Carson, or so they told me.
You must set up an appointment to view the showroom. They are fairly accommodating with their schedule. I see that some people keep referring to a salesperson by the name of Bill. Bill is no longer there. Yomi is the guy we dealt with from our time at the showroom to finalizing our plans.
While Yomi had just started out in this position, we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He actually ended up helping us get a really good manufacturer’s discount off of the wallbed we ordered. It took a little communicating back and forth between him and another lady on the phone about ordering information and pricing, but we got exactly what we wanted and them some.
The quality of the furniture is superb. It’s made with real hardwood. The finishes are kind of limited, but we opted for a dark color… almost ebony – because of how timeless it is. The designs are fairly modern, but there are some traditional options as well. The hardware is great too. When the wallbed was delivered, I showed the two individuals were to set it up, how to position it, and off to work they went. In less than an hour, they had our wallbed fastened, cleaned up, and ready to demonstrate. I was impressed with their service, carefulness, and professionalism.
It was an expensive piece of furniture, but keep in mind that there are financing options through GE if needed. I’m just now writing this review because I was waiting to hear responses from a few family members who recently visited to see how they liked the bed. They all thought it was a great fit for the room we put it in and that it was a modern, timeless look.
We could have ordered a foam mattress from Wallbeds N More, but instead my husband opted for a high-​end, yet very affordable one from Overstock. If you’re needing a space saver with a variety of options to work from, look into Wallbeds N More. If Yomi is still there, he is an extremely nice guy – a bit winded for my husband – but he will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied.
Waiting for them to build your furniture was the hardest part. It took around 2 months! Since we hardly ever have any family in town, we were okay with that.

Just moved into a 2^nd home studio in Beverly Hills and got a great mobile WallBed from Wallbeds N More. It’s really a piece of art, I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great looking space-​saving bed for a small space.
Bill, the sales guy is great. Really cool & like-​able guy who is a polished salesperson who values honestly and giving you objective & accurate information instead of hard selling you like you will find at other furniture stores. He is also very reasonable about pricing which is refreshing as you’ll find a lot of dirty tricks at other places.
PROS —
1) They ONLY do Wallbeds, so they certainly know Wallbeds and do it well.
2) Bill, the sales guy is a great guy to work with and he will always recommend what he thinks is right for your particular situation and include the pros and cons of each unit. He will also be very up-​front on pricing and there are no unpleasant surprises — what he quotes you will be the final price.
3) VERY high quality construction and finish. The wood used is top notch solid hardwood and will likely last a lifetime if taken care of.
4) They are a solid company that is not going to screw you. I found a lot of purported WallBed companies are just a contractor or two that you need to hope will get all the right parts and build the unit as he says he will. WallBeds N More ONLY does Wallbeds and have a system in place so they know what they are doing so no major surprises.
CONS
1) SPEED — As of now, if you want a Wallbed within a 3 week period you will likely be faced with VERY limited selection at hand. Most orders here are made after the order. If you have an ok situation and are patient it’s not a big deal and it will come, but if you don’t have anywhere else to sleep while waiting for this you may be bumming on the floor for a long time. The mobile wallbed was an exception and was available immediately. It didn’t quite fit in my truck and delivery was available 3 business days after purchase. There was a slight mishap during delivery where they missed my time window of 1−4pm and arrived after 5pm. Not a big deal usually, but I had to delay an important appointment and also drive in traffic for an hour instead of 30 minutes to my next appointment because of this. If you need a very specific delivery time triple-​check with them and let them know it’s not acceptable if they are late. Mistakes happen and I think I probably just got unlucky.
2) LIMITED ENTRY LEVEL UNITS — If you are in the market for a really high quality wallbed and can pay 2−5k this is DEFINITELY the place to go.
If you want something sub or closer to $ 1000 fast you will not find it here (at least now).
I believe they should have an entry level bare bones unit that is $ 999 and available to ship to your house immediately. I’m really shocked a store like Home Depot has not caught on and offered a cheap unit you can take out of the store easily. Often, Wallbeds are perfect for 2^nd homes and students in cramped places some people might need the functionality for space-​saving and not need A+ quality and design. I understand that perhaps they might worry it would cheapen their brand but if they don’t do it, a chain like Home Depot might catch on and take away the low-​end market and cut into the middle market. (Even though those will probably be crappy compared to the products sold by WallBeds N More.)
So basically, don’t come here for a bargain bin unit, but if you want high quality, they have it.
