Been waiting for my food over 30 minutes. People after me getting there food before me. No wonder this place has 2 stars

I have patience… So I call to place an order, «please hold». Ten minutes go by I call back a second time and same thing, I’m irritated at this point. I call back a third time and say«no» and start my order it wasn’t until then that they decide they would take time to take my order !? «It will be ready in 15», they said. I get their and the cashier pretty much demands a tip before my transaction is complete for pick up «HELLNO!» Even worse she then gives me attitude after I refuse. Like really !? I get home my order is undercooked and the fries are somewhat raw! I don’t know what’s wrong this this location I’ve had great service elsewhere but this place really let me down. MULTIPLETIMES !! Last time for me ! Took the time to share my experiences with y’all, best of luck.

The service is incredibly rude and not very accommodating. They had no soda or fountain drinks so I asked if they could upgrade us to a beer or some kind of discount on the meal… since they had none of the drinks we wanted. The large sized manager rudly said no when responding to the cashier. I’ll go out of my way to go to the one in Carson. Ew to this place.

Came in here for a simple lunch order. They seemed to be overwhelmed with orders, from what I noticed they didn’t have enough personnel to Handel the volume of orders coming in. I was a bit upset to see people receive their orders before me when they had ordered after. They did provide good service but seemed to be a bit off guard with their promptness and taking care of people that came in first.

Figured I’ll try this place again nope still horrible put in a online order came in after it said it would be done just to be told it would be another 20 mins there goes my lunch break guess I’ll just write this one off wonder how much longer they can keep this kind of service up before they have to close

This is by far the WORST wing stop i even been to! Who in the heck is the manager here? Call call call call call the phone is getting a busy signal? I mean the last busy signal i ever got was 15 years ago. Update your phone systems, ridiculous. Who in the hell still get busy signals when calling? So now i have to go in and order food because phone lines are tied or up something! I walk in about it’s about 3 people in line, the girl in the front is all by herself with no help on a mid saturday when wingstop is known to get busy. The first customer orders and she says just to let you know it’s going to be a 30 minute wait for wings? Unacceptable to wait that long! I just walked out without even ordering, nobody wants to wait 30 minutes, why are your phones still getting busy signals, is your store stuck in the 80’s???

How can you go wrong with wings. The choices of wings is great. The side options are delicious especially their fries. For a fast food stop the customer service was above and beyond. Sharaye was so amazing. Definitely they were wrong on previous reviews on service.

I just want to let you know I’ve never been disrespected like the way your employee named rogelio talked to me and my mom. Hes a bigger man. I work in customer service and the way he speaks to customers is absolutely unacceptable he obviously needs a new profession. I will NEVER come to this wingstop again. P. s. Your food tastes like crap. It was greasy as hell and I couldn’t even stomach it

Worst. Wingstop. EVER. This is my first review because of how repeatedly terrible the service is here. We ordered 50 wings a WHOLE day before for a 1:30pm pickup. It is now 1:50pm of pickup day and still no wings. First they said they couldn’t find our order, and now they said they found our order«torn up in the trash can». Sadly, this isn’t the first time they’ve lost our order. Save yourself a headache and drive a little further to another location.

I pre-ordered online for a 3pm pick-up. It’s been an hour and still no food. I’m watching people, who’ve prepaid and ordered days ago, getting refunds because they hadn’t started the order. It’s an hour into Super Bowl & I’m sitting here. The management messed up. One line and two slow cashiers for all orders. This is an unorganized mess. I’m so annoyed! Phone doesn’t stop ringing and they are too busy to pick up the line. Why would corporate allow online orders without prepayment for such a busy day? They had a stack of online and phone orders that they hadn’t started. It took her 5 mins to find my order and process it. The wings were very tiny and the fries were soggy with grease. I’ll never be back. Plus, I feel sick now for eating this greasy fattening food.

Ok so who doesn’t love wing stop?! Usually order to go since it always seems to be crowded. Wings are always on point & make sure to order fries well done.

Everything everyone says about this place is true. Certainly understaffed. We waited in line 20 minutes to place order. One employee was taking orders in person then also taking the phone orders. The wait was long for everyone. I always ask for my chicken to be cooked well(they will keep it in 17 minutes instead of 14. When we got the wings they were severely over cooked. The meat was so dry I couldn’t even swallow. The chicken wings were so cooked the end of the bones had no cartilage, just dried out bone. There was not enough sauce on any of the wings despite the fact we asked for saucy. I will say the manager was on point. He quickly resolved the issue and gave us our refund as requested. He was very very apologetic and professional. He was also playing many different roles and it seemed like he kept getting pulled away from managerial duties because of being short staffed.

Wow, i am extremely disappointed with this place. First off, they keep you on hold for 17 minutes. That is extremely ridiculous. Their service sucks and to top it off they are rude. Do not waste your time with them. Call the Compton location they are so nice and quick. Everytime I call or go to the Compton location they never disappoint.

Second time coming in for late night wings, quick easy and the young lady at the registered was super nice to us. It was a little busy but it’s always busy didn’t mind the wait . Can’t beat 20 wings for under $ 20.
So I see why they have some fairly bad reviews… I walked in at 4:30pm today and there was no one in here! Yay! I’m excited, because that means that service is going to be fast. Well… it wasn’t. I stood there and watched the three employees towards the back watch ME come in. NO greeting as they continued with what they were doing. The girl seemed to be washing her hands. The two guys though, continued their animated conversation that one of them played out. I stood there… not for long(maybe a couple minutes), but that’s not the point, especially when there are NO customers in there! Jesus! You can’t say, «Hello. Be right with you???» So after being ignored, I turned towards the door and… key the harps and angels caroling… two of them belt out a greeting in unison. I just ignored them, instead of returning the greeting, because by this time, I’m irritated. But… I did stop and stare out the window and waited until the girl came up. Of course, she had a sweet, friendly, calm little voice, so I kept my composure instead of saying what I felt. I didn’t want to seem like a big ‘ol bully by showing how I felt. I ordered a 20 piece bone-in all lemon pepper and a 10 piece bone-in all Louisiana rub. I asked for extra shake and checked my order before leaving(make sure you do that) and there was no extra, so I sent it back. They quickly fixed it, as the guy admitted that it was written on the order form. They just neglected to do it. In all, I might go back to this location, as this is the main location where I popped my Wingstop cherry, but if service is lacking like this, I might have to abandon my first love.

I had called in an order 20 mins before I arrived. They had told me it was going to take 14 mins before I got off the phone. After waiting in line to pay which might have added another 5 mins, they told me they didn’t have my ticket and had not made my food yet. After I asked them if they can please be quick with my food since I had to get to work the lady cashier told me «not if you want raw chicken». After hearing that I cancelled my order even though they begged that it’ll be out soon.

I got food to go today, when I got home the fries were old, no flavor, and super soggy. I tried to eat them but just couldn’t. I also ordered a 5 piece chicken tender buffalo and same thing soggy and the chicken was chewy. Maybe the oil needed to be changed out. I don’t know. Me and my family aren’t going to go back there. Bww it is.
