While the food was okay, the people who work here suck. The cashier was really nice and cheerful to the people ahead of us in line, but turned quite sour when my husband and I stepped up to the counter. Almost like her resting bitch-face set in at the sight of us. This restaurant has countless booths and chairs with ripped upholstery and damage to their exterior and the tables that were available were filthy. Furthermore, there was a large group of people taking up half of the chairs and tables and had positioned them in a row that blocked the entire aisle ways on both sides of the restaurant. This made it near impossible to squeeze by to get to the exits and restrooms. I brought these concerns up to the manager, and she made absolutely no attempt to rectify these problems and basically couldn’t care less. We ended up taking our food to-go.

Horrible service, cashier didn’t understand anything I was saying or asking. Still got charged full price for an item that was on meal. Which I asked what is the price difference, I was told $ 0.65. Nope, got charged for the meal and a large shake. Which was not what owe wanted. About to leave with my bag, then was asked«is this your sandwich too?» Really? Very frustrating.

This location has terrible problems with getting orders accurate, and they refuse to give refunds when they«forget» to give you part of their order. Almost half the time when I go through the drive through, they make a mistake with the order. Nearly all of those errors result in us receiving less food than we paid for – missing a sandwich, a small fry instead of a medium, 3 piece chicken tenders instead of 5 piece, etc. If it was completely random mistakes, I’d expect sometimes to get extra food, but the error is always in their favor. I suspect that the managers are running some sort of scam and either stealing the money or comping their friends with the food that paying customers don’t receive. I have never had a restaurant refuse to provide a refund for food that wasn’t included in my order, but both managers on Sunday 4⁄19 said it wasn’t possible to give me my money. Don’t go here unless you want to be robbed.

The food was excellent, it smelled and looked clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Though they could add a changing room. Removed a star for that. Had to change my baby in the car, which if it had been hotter today would have been terrible to do.

I am honestly disgusted with this place. Not only did the girl taking my order ask me to repeat myself five times, the man at the window had a filthy shirt on and confirmed my order which was incorrect. Then to make matters worse, the bag handed over to me was engulfed in grease and the sandwich inside appeared inedible. I haven’t visited an Arby’s in a very long time so perhaps these are the standards their customers expect, but I certainly will not be one of them.
