Visited here a few times around Christmas while home with my daughter and really enjoyed it. Love how they have a separate area for toddlers so I get to worry less about the bigger kids trampling her. The toddler room had plenty of blow ups to keep her occupied for awhile. Pricing was very reasonable and she had a blast.
Only downside is they are closed on the weekend for birthday parties — which I mean I get. But us working parents don’t get to enjoy unless we are somehow off work. Wish they did one weekend a month open in the morning or something.

I love this place! I am a mother of toddler b/​g twins so I can only review the preschool side. I peeked in on the big kid side and it looked pretty cool.
The have 3… count them THREE… preschool bounce mazes! My experience at a couple of competitors only had one, so I broke rules and followed them up and on the big kid equipment, which I did not want to do! Here, I don’t have to! The area is small enough that I felt like I could sit on the couch and not have to check on them all the time (of course I did anyway on my first visit).
The mazes have slides, small climbs, tunnels and more. My kids still talk about this place randomly.
Two cons,
1. Not open to public on the weekends. I kinda get it, they probably make more money on birthdays and events but now my kids go to preschool 5 days a week, so we’ll only be able to go when there’s a teacher work day.
2. No multiple-​entry cards or packages. I would have bought one on the spot!

I recently had my 5 year old daughter’s birthday party at BigEBounce. I spoke to Ken on the phone and he took the time to answer all of my questions. About 2 days before the party, I received a reminder call from Ken for a final headcount. On the day of the party, we arrived about 15 minutes before the party started and were greeted by Ken and his wife. Since we opted to bring our own food, he helped us load everything up from the car and transported it into the party room. The kids had a blast jumping around for an hour (we chose the «Lil e» room which worked out perfectly for 5 year olds and their younger siblings). When it was time to eat, the staff did a remarkable job of setting up the food, the tables, the decorations, and cutting and serving the cake. My wife and I had time to focus on the children and taking photos. Overall, we were very happy with the service. Ken and his staff turned the party into a stress-​free event and even helped us load all the presents and leftover food into our car after the party was over! The only thing that you need to remember is to let your guests know that their children need to wear socks. They sell socks for $ 2 a pair if you need them but it’s good to make sure everyone is aware of this rule. We will definitely be bringing our children here again!

Very nice facility. It’s not super fancy, however it’s the perfect place to take a toddler when it’s raining. The staff is friendly. The bouncy houses aren’t in perfect condition but it’s fine. They have two separate rooms, one for older kids and another for younger. Which is perfect because we all know the older kids can get a bit rowdy. They have drinks, small snacks, and nice places for the adults to sit.

I’m here as a staff person for a field trip. elementary aged kids enjoyed the inflatables! it’s a mid size room with like 3 inflatables. there are games like the wii and Xbox! snack bar where everything is $ 1

This is a family owned and run business and they were very helpful in planning my son’s birthday party. They have very reasonable pricing, very clean facilities, great party rooms (love the one up front by the door), and a fridge/​freezer for keeping cold food fresh during play time before feeding the party kids.
They have a filtered water cooler with paper cups available at kids’ height which I thought was wonderful.
The weekends are now for parties only which makes the parties very pleasant — not too crowded like other places. They also don’t herd the kids from room to room like other places. We had plenty of play time and plenty of eat time. Just don’t expect to show up for free play on Sat or Sunday. Check the website for posted free play times.
The owner was a pleasure to work with as was all the staff there.

We enjoyed our son’s birthday party there. It was clean, there were several friendly staff there to help with anything we needed including serving the food and loading our car at the end. Their policy for bringing our own food was very reasonable. Reasonable prices and we LOVED that we had a private party option at a flat fee. It was a little bit smaller than we expected but we are not from the area so can’t compare it to any other bounce facility. (yes, we booked a party at a place site unseen, we’re crazy like that, but the website and speaking with the owner were good enough for us). But for the size, there was a separate section for toddlers which had a separate party going on. The kids had a great time any way. The inflatable party favors were a big hit, too. Our guests enjoyed the private option too and had a great time. The owners were a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely go back.

The place is great, the kids have a lot of fun. The owner is a bit grumpy but overall okay. Please be aware that there was no water fountain and the kids got very thirsty and we had to keep buying big water bottles from them.

Finally a place where I can take both my 7 year old and 1 year old kids and both will enjoy themselves. They have bounce houses for toddlers and bounce houses and games for the older kids.

Great place, too bad Unilocal won’t let anyone rate it!
We take our 2,4, and 6 yr old there and they all have a great time. Good place for kids of all ages, clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
