I had an issue with a couple of sandwiches I purchased a week ago. Spoke with the manager and explained the situation and he made it right. Will definitely return. It was sooo fast too…

Usually 1 of the better JJ locations. Service is going way down. When a customer asks for a bag, the guy behind three counter points to where they are, seriously? We had made some changes to the standard sandwich, when asking the guy if they got it right, the response was«read your ticket, if it’s in there is what you get» Come on JJ’s, you’re better than this and should hire people who care a bit more…

This is my favorite sub place. It’s ruined all other sub places for me! I will only eat subs here now. They are delicious, fast, reliable, and friendly. And I recently found out they get there 3 hours earlier one Saturday a month to bake bread to donate to a local shelter. That’s amazing and they deserve as much business as they can get!

I was a fan, today I ordered a number 5 Vito it was bland I had a bun with Lots of tasteless shredded lettuce very little meat and cheese which I could see but could not taste, so basically what I received was white bread and shredded lettuce I will not return for a very long time if ever!

Delivery has been highly questionable recently, with myself and my coworkers each having their order«lost» on separate occasions. Even after several calls, they still could not get things straight. I would avoid this place until new management takes over.

3.5 stars. I believe this jimmy johns is on par with the chain. Super quick service and if you are within the delivery area they really are scary quick on deliveries. I usually stick with the club lulu. It’s my fav and I do love the jj bread rolls.

This JJ’s makes the same great product all of the other locations make: so if you are solely interested in the taste then this place is as fine as any other. I typically visit the Cary location on Maynard Road(and soon as I walk in I’m met with several smiles and a nice greeting … so that is what I consider my home location). This particular JJ’s on Tryon Woods is located near Crossroads so if you go there then it is a little bit trickier to get in and out(but no big deal). I wasn’t met with the same smile and greeting that the folks on Maynard Road throw out(but that’s just me). Folks in this line of work don’t make enough anyhow so I can understand that. I will visit here again in a pitch(cuz the food’s still good) but if I can I will always try to patronize the Maynard Road location. It’s nice to get a warm fuzzy every now and then even if it is just all about the sandwich(Oops, my online JJ’s order is ready NOW ! Later kids)

Speed, Speed, Speed. I am not sure how these people make a sub sandwich so quick, or what laws of physics that they might violate… but it is the fastest prep I have ever seen. You place your order, walk to the other end of the counter to get your drink… and just when you are done… BAM — your order is ready. Ninety-seconds at the most would be a good estimation. They have two different size subs, a standard 8-inch and then a «Giant Club.» The bread for both of them is exactly the same…8-inches. The only difference being that the Giant Club has double the meat and cheese for just a few bucks more. The Italian Night Club is my favorite… 4-Stars for Lightning Fast Service, Good Food, and Reasonable Prices!

This is your run-of-the-mill Jimmy Johns. But it’s a good chain that I like, and this location in particular is quite good. So there you go. The one thing I don’t like is that this place is located in a weird spot that’s not too hard to get to, but REALLY hard to leave. And it’s not really a location to walk to. But all in all, it works. Food is quick and consistent. I like their sandwiches, and you can customize them quite easily. Service is quick; you’ll never have to wait more than a couple minutes for a sandwich. Not much else to say. It works.

Two kids and two adults ordered lunch here. Daughter(3) got a BLT; she loved it. Son(4) got a Vito; he loved it. Wife got a Beach Club; she said ti was enjoyable. I myself got A Vito but forgot to tell them I hate onions. That was my fault, and my only complaint. This place is good. Try it.

I ordered delivery at 11:30am and the bread was stale. Not sure if that’s from yesterday’s leftovers? I get a little salty over how little meat is in a chain sandwich shop sub, so I opted for a Giant Sub choice which promises«twice the meat» as the regular subs. I can’t imagine getting a sandwich with less meat, seriously — the meat was minimal. The only good thing about the place, really, is that it delivers. I’ve only been to Jimmy John’s 3 or 4 times in the past 2 or 3 years and I’ve always been a little underwhelmed. This time was no exception. Guess I’ll just stick to Jersey Mike’s and quit taking my chances here.

I had my very first Jimmy John’s sandwich at a church event yesterday. Amazingly fresh for something that’s catered for a crowd. That’s a really good sandwich! Can’t wait to visit their store.

I’m technically new to Unilocal and I feel like since I just had Jimmy John’s they deserve my first review. First off the subs are amazing. I’ve had the italian night club, turkey tom«unwich», vito, JJ gargantuan and my new favorite the hunter’s club. I’ve never been disappointed with the taste. Next they are fast and they deliver fast. I practically live next door so when I order, my sandwich tends to be at my door in less than 10 minutes… sometimes even 5 minutes. Seriously, they told me 15 – 20 minutes and it was here in 5. It’s very convenient and sometimes I even order while stumbling into my apartment from a hard workout at the gym.

Sandwich’s are good and usually the service is also. However, once I asked for extra condiments on the side and was told no. I told him I would pay extra and was still told no with an attitude to go along with it. So I waited a few min for another person working behind the counter and asked him. He happily gave the extra condiment without any hassles. Then when the first guy saw what was going on, he scolded the other guy for providing me with the condiments. I have been to other JJ and asked for extra condiments on the side without any hassles. Now I will usually drive out of my way to go to another JJ location instead.

My favorite sub chain in NC! I always order the white roll for my turkey or ham because it’s so darn good, but they have whole wheat bread too. And they’re fast – sometimes my sandwich is ready before I’ve gotten my change back. One of the things I appreciate most about Jimmy John’s is that they always have the right bread to mayo ratio. There’s nothing especially fancy about the place – expect lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and sprouts for toppers; provolone is the cheese offering; and they carry all the basic deli meats(turkey, roast beef, salami, capicola, and awesome applewood smoked ham) plus tuna salad. They also offer yummy hot pickled peppers and avocado spread. It’s not much more expensive than a $ 5 footlong from that other chain, but it is so much tastier!

JJ’s is one of my favorite chains. They aren’t in my home state(Massachusetts), so my first experience was in NC. If you haven’t been here, it’s a no-frills sandwich shop. You can get sandwiches on a sub roll, whole wheat sandwich bread, or in a lettuce wrap(called the«unwich»). You can also add cheese(provolone only) and specify toppings you don’t want. That’s about it, and your sandwich is ready in under a minute. It’s good stuff, but some people don’t go for it. This location is ok. It can be tricky to park around lunch since there are quite a few businesses in the strip, including Starbucks and Brueggers, There are tables outside near Brueggers, but they don’t have umbrellas, so you’ll be eating in the sun(in essentially a parking lot). Inside, the music can be very loud to the point where it’s hard to have a conversation. We’ve had to ask them to turn it down on a couple occasions(is this a sign of getting old?).
