I love this location! Dr. Pridgen is so professional and thorough. I have been going to get my eyes examined at this location for years and have never been disappointed. I recently have been dealing with some issues that may not be 100% in their area of specialty but she still saw me and came up with a plan of treatment and so far it has been healed!!!
I can also just pop in to get any of my eye glasses adjusted anytime and they are very accommodating !

Dr Pridgen is amazing. She’s thorough and has effectively found the correct contact prescription for my very difficult vision. I’ve had 2 scares of odd eye problems and I was able to get into the office within the hour. I truly feel my eyes are safe with this office

Love Dr. Pridgen. She has been my eye doctor for years now, and she lets me know everything about my eye health– and what to expect for the future. Also, my prescription is not an easy one, so I am always pleased when my glasses arrive and I can see well through them. I have not had this experience in the past with glasses from other chain locations.

Dr Pridgen is great. She is very helpful and so easy to talk to. She explains everything so you know what is going on at all times. I also love how easy it is to make an appointment and all of the times they have available. It is a great place to get your eyes checked.

While the staff is great, as a good product they have terrible support and service. I purchased glasses that I was told would not break. They have broken now a few times and they will not cover the warranty. Supposedly, the warranty is from the original purchase date. Even though I got less than a year out of the present pair. I had to pay all over again. Such a nice scam they have going, get a warranty, just can’t use it.
Go find another place for eye wear.

Nice people, worked well with my insurance, and I can see better

Going to the Dr is not usually a pleasant experience — however I don’t mind going to my yearly eye check. Dr Gray and Dr Pridgen are wonderful. Recently I had an emergency on a Saturday and not only did they fit me in the quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me ointments and drops to solve the issue. Then Dr Pridgen even fit me in that Monday during her lunch to be sure I was OK. The staff that helps you find attractive glasses and does your fittings are very helpful and patient. I did see one complaint from someone on an overcharge but in my experience they have checked through my insurance plans and made sure I got the best possible cost for my exam and glasses.

Can’t say I have any complaints about Dr. Gray and the Eye Care Associates team!
I’ve had 2 routine eye appointments here in the past few years and everything has always been smooth sailing at this practice. They provide you with a reminder call and postcard when your appointment is fast-​approaching and I’ve been in and out of appointments in about an hour. I even received a voucher for $ 100 off new glasses in the mail and was able to put that toward new frames with my updated prescription.
The location is very convenient and Dr. Gray provides contact wearers with new lenses (if your eyes are worse) so you can have a pair before your yearly batch gets mailed directly to your home!

Dr. Gray and his staff at the High House/​Davis Dr location are the most incredibly wonderful people to work with for eye care. They’re friendly, patient (which is really necessary at times with me) and know their stuff. Dr. Gray is also very receptive and knowledgeable about more than just simple eye exams. He was a lifesaver for our son while he was in college and is totally responsible for sending us in the right direction for help since he was at school out of state. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. They’re wonderful!

On the one year anniversary of choosing to use Eye Care Associates here on High House Rd in Cary, and after my annual follow up visit, I can say they are worthy of the five star rating.
The staff at this location have been great to me, always friendly and professional. Their system seems to work smoothly and even if things may try to throw a spanner in the works (got to love technology), they get it all on track without missing a beat. That was evident today. I appreciated the teamwork, I was out in great time, and got a complete exam with a smile and professionalism. My optometrist Dr. Gray was great and took the time in a busy schedule to point out items and look at my comparison from last exam with me, etc. From being in the allied health care field, I know that time is precious, and I appreciated it.
The optical shop staff looked at my glasses, made sure that they were tightened and properly fit, and then the desk staff expedited the checkout procedure. I am pleased with my experiences here and would recommend them to those who are looking for a new eye care facility.
