This is our favorite Chic Fil A. Great food, friendly service, clean and fun for the kids.

Ordered the kids grilled chicken nuggets because my daughter has an egg allergy and can’t eat the regular chicken nuggets. When we opened the bag — low and behold the regular breaded chicken nuggets that my daughter can’t eat. By this point, we were at our gymnastics gym and too late to return for the right ones. My fault as well for not checking the bag before we pulled out of the parking lot.

I like chick fila but this is one of the ones that needs improvement .eg. Very Slow drive thru service and they never ask you if you want sauce or not.

WHY are there no Chick-fil-A’s in New York? WHY?! Came here right before my flight back to NY because it had been years since I’ve eaten here, and I have no idea when the next time would be. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a lemonade. The spicy chicken sammy was delish — plump and juicy piece of chicken, and well seasoned. It comes with only pickles, and when I asked for lettuce they charged me .15. Oh well. They gave sides of sauces with it, I opted for the honey mustard which complimented it quite nicely. The lemonade was good, not too sweet — just right, and it’s just lemons, water and sugar which is good, no one needs high fructose corn syrup! Finally, the fries. The waffle fries were just okay. I would have liked them a little bit more well done, and they don’t give you a whole heck of a lot, but they ended up giving us three fries(maybe because we were dining in with my cute nephew and kids = freebies?) Anyway, that was appreciated and with the 3 fries, we all left stuffed. Service was smiley and friendly. If I lived in N.C., I’d be here often.

Always friendly, consistently the slowest drive thru of any location I have visited in three states.

Everytime I come here I get great service. Food is good as well. Wish they had these where I’m from California. Very clean place as well.

This is a really nice CFA. The service was great and although I’m childless(woot woot!!!), I noticed all of the special child-friendly touches they’ve provided. They manage to balance the family atmosphere so that it’s not repulsive to single people or people who don’t care to be bothered by hoards of crumb snatchers. The food is fresh, and well prepared, the staff is pleasant, and the owner even took my tray for me when I was getting up to leave.

The same fast, friendly service that I’ve come accustomed to at a Chick-fil-A. I’ve only been to the drive thru, but everything has been great. No interruptions or sentence completions from the order taker. Someone has trained the employees properly to listen to and take my order, rather than tell me or suggest to me what I want, like so many other«fast-food» establishments. They haven’t made an order mistake yet, and the speed of service is quicker than average. Each time I have arrived home about 5 mins. away, the food has still been fresh and hot.

Oh Chick-fil-A, I wish I knew how to quit you… There’s no doubt that Chick-fil-A’s chicken sandwich is heavenly good — just keep in mind that a #1 combo(chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a sweet tea, and two Chick-fil-A sauces) comes in at 1250 calories. I wish I could stop eating here even knowing that… but it’s impossible. It’s just that good. There’s just something about how they’re marinating the chicken with the combination of their delicious sauce. Also, they have flavored coffee creamers(including a very good hazelnut one) so that’s always nice. This one, located at the corner of High House and Davis can get a little busy during peak times, but if the drive through looks really long, just park and walk in. It’s never taken me more than 5 minutes or so to get my food here.

The food was excellent and the customer handling at the order/pick up counter was consistent with any other Chick-Fil-A location. But I have experienced better at other Chick-Fil-As. I have experienced Chick-fil-As where they come to my table to grind fresh black pepper from the huge mill, where they came to my table to clear the finished tray and take my ice tea cup for a free refill, where they come and give a mint candy, etc. This place gave me none of those. I think the service, just like the food, should be consistent among all Chick-fil-As.

Went to this Chick-Fil-A today to get my Southwest Chargrilled Chicken Salad… but they don’t have it anymore. Now it’s just three salads: 1. Cobb 2. Some Asian something-or-other 3. Grilled Chicken Salad — close but not quite??? What the — ? Just got the #4 combo(Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe) instead. Now to eat my waffle fries and… OH, WAIT, NOKETCHUP! What else is new? Good thing I bought a bottle for the office thanks to this ketchup conspiracy everywhere I go around here. :P

Who DOESN’T like Chick-Fil-A? There’s something so deliciously simple about their chicken sandwiches(no pickles, please!) Don’t even get me started on the hot, salty waffle fries… dipped heavily in Polynesian sauce. Mercy. One of my favorite Saturday lunches(you know you crave Saturday Chick-Fil-A because you can’t get it on Sundays). This Chick-Fil-A employs friendly, courteous, helpful people. Like every location, the drive-thru can be a madhouse at lunchtime — but that’s just how you know it’s good. I received great service from a team member named Riley this morning when I went in to pick up my free chicken biscuit breakfast(it’s the breaded breast you know and love… on a biscuit! What will they think of next?) It was so wonderful to be pleasantly greeted and waited on at 7:15am.

What I like about this particular fast food restaurant is that it employs adults. These employees are courteous, friendly, and they get the order right – quickly. They’ve taken coupons from the Crossroads location, too, so that can’t be beat. The inside is clean and during lunch I have had employees come by to see if I needed refills. Not many FFR do that.
