I saw Dr. Allard and he was amazing. Everyone was, but he made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions. I will be back.

I’ve been coming here for annual eye exams every year. The staff is great and Dr. Silver is outstanding. They have a nice selection of frames and you don’t usually have to wait very long to see someone.

I was there promptly for my appointment, not taken in for preliminary tests/questions until 30 minutes later. Got my vision prescription updated, just needed new lenses. Special features on the lenses that jacked up the prices were added to my order; I had to tell the technician tocancel the special features. Bare bone lenses were $ 140. Informed them to call me once they were in. Was told 5 – 7 business days. Almost 3.5 weeks later I called them asking if they were in yet. They’d been received 2 weeks ago-no one ever called. Of the almost 2.5 hrs I was there, I was only talking to a dr. or a staff member for probably 30 minutes. Staff/dr was pretty friendly but wouldn’t go back due to the wait time, cost and aggravation I experienced.

Idiots. The doctor was nice but the staff makes it a nightmare. They gave me someone else’s bill, including address, medical info and complete insurance information and kept telling me it was mine. Every time I call, they have found a way to misspell my name so they can’t find me. They«forced» me to buy a year’s supply of contacts even though I don’t wear them every day. The blond dimwit male receptionist was so annoying in telling me the insurance would pay anyway therefore I shouldn’t complain that I gave in. When my husband went to pick up his contact lenses, they didn’t have them because he had refused the medical exam(because we go to the doctor all the time with the intent to refuse an exam). Glasses were not delivered on time although we got a call that they were there. I had to ask several times for my glasses to be adjusted before they went to get the«expert» in the back.

Doctors are okay. Service is poor. Waited six weeks for my contacts that were sitting in their office. The cost of their services are high.

I was out of contacts and needed an exam quickly. They were able to work me in that week so I was quite happy with that. They were a little more expensive than my previous optometrist(who was unable to work me in in an efficient manner and didn’t seem interested in booking my appointment at all). I don’t have eye insurance so I was hesitant to pay that much, but Dr. Fuller caught a problem with my Rx that the other optometrist made, so I suppose the extra expense was worth it. Dr. Fuller’s enthusiasm about the eye and her profession is infectious. She explained what the photos of my eyes revealed, took my questions seriously, and really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional. I would refer friends there.

I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; first on the phone, and then when I came into the office. I made an appointment by phone after calling several other offices in the area. They were able to get me in quickly. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted promptly, and cheerfully. The technician I worked with first was very professional and explained everything and offered me additional services such as a retinal photograph. I saw Dr. Silver for the actual exam. She was very pleasant and courteous. When I told her of my headaches, she offered me a suggestion that no other doctor(even headache specialist) ever offered me… over the counter supplements, not expensive prescription meds. I was very impressed by that. The whole exam took less than 1 hour, but I did not feel rushed. Once I was through with the exam, I was turned over to an associate, Megan, who helped me find the perfect pair of eyeglass frames. She was so sweet and suggestive and seemed to really care about helping me find the right style and price. Best of all, my frames came in less than 48 hours later! Now I can see, and my headaches have diminished! They seem to be steadily busy, so I would recommend making an appointment if you want to work with someone on finding frames, instead of just walking in.
