I believe the name is «Patty Shake», not«Patty ShakeS». In any case, I can’t recommend this place enough. Not only is the food delicious, the owner(who frequently works there) is an incredibly nice man.

Very good burger and very good fries. The fries came out piping hot and remained hot the whole time I ate my burger. Will come by again sometime to try the chili cheese fries and their shakes. Staff were attentive and I got my burger within five minutes. When I was finished and went back for a drink refill the guy at the counter wanted to know what I thought of the food. This place is not a chain, just a single burger shop in the mall. They’re good at what they do.

Patty Shakes is one of the finest fast food eateries you’ll find in the Cary area. I have frequented this restaurant and have always been greeted right away. I have even been greeted by the owner, and he will make sure everything is good with your order! I also received my food in a timely manner, very important to me due to my occupation. Another very important thing is that they only use pure Angus Beef and NEVERFROZEN! How’s that for fast food — and great! Not to mention the cleanliness, which surely didn’t go unnoticed, and this will always be a restaurant in which I will return! Thanks Patty Shakes for being my favorite restaurant for super great burgers and speedy delivery!

Patty Shake has to be the worst restaurant in Cary. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My wife and I went to patty shake on their opening weekend. I was excited to try it out a new burger joint. When we arrived there was only two people in front of us. The staff was quick to take our order. That was the easiest part of the entire meal. It took us 35 minutes to get our food. Wait — this is a fast food place in the mall, right? I’d have gotten faster service at a sit down restaurant. The entire time the staff was messing up everyone’s orders. I ordered a double cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, mayo and an onion ring on top and an order of fries. My wife got the turkey burger with LTO. We both got drinks as well. I wanted to order a milk shake but they ran out of ice cream. You’re name is patty SHAKE. You specialize in milk shakes. How do you run out? It’s like saying chik-fi-la ran out of chicken. The entire time the topping station worker was asking questions on how to make the burgers. Uhm, hello — you’re looking at the receipt with the toppings listed in them. Is it that hard to add mayo to a bun? So I ordered an onion ring on my burger. Apparently that’s too complicated(yes an onion ring was a topping choice in the menu). They made me an order of onion rings instead. I told them I wanted one on the burger not a side order. The cook sighed at me and walked away. The cook then said to someone else«just give him the onion rings anyway». I then spoke up and said I don’t want rings I wanted fries. Another sigh this time accompanied by an okay. They made the fries and my burger and put them on a tray. They also then decided to give me the onion rings. I looked at my burger in utter shock. The patties were smaller than a McDonald’s burger. Whoa — wait a second, this meal is costing me $ 30. It better be the best burger of my life. So I wait and wait and still no turkey burger for my wife. I ask someone and they say the turkey burgers take longer to cook. So now my food is getting cold waiting for a turkey burger. At this point I watched then pull ground turkey out of the fridge and cook it. What?! They didn’t ever make it. Eventually they got her the burger. I then realized we had no drinks. It took me about five minutes to flag someone down to get me drinks. We took our food and drink and sat down. I bit into the burger and almost gagged. It was cold, dry and way over cooked. I tried the fries. Alright they were decent. Bland but decent. No seasoning on them what so ever. I decided to try an onion ring. They were soggy and drenched in oil. I actually had a mouth full of oil I spit out. My wife’s turkey burger was soggy along with the bun. I would have gone back and gotten my money back if I wasn’t worried it would have been a fight with the incompetent staff. Long story short; if you want a decent burger don’t go here. You’ll have better luck at McDonald’s, and way better food. If this place lasts longer than six months it’ll be a miracle.

Great burgers, friendly service, and a different option to the food court!
