McDonald’s

This location needs to get it together, the only reason I was going there is they are close, after tonight I will take the drive.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve ever been to and that says a lot! Trust me you would be better off eating food out of a random dumpster than going to this McDonald’s! I’ve called multiple times trying to talk to a manager and they never get back to me, so unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer! Every single time I’ve been to this location I’ve had a horrible experience and a messed up order! Uncooked fries, smashed together burger, missing items from my order… Like seriously what is wrong with this place??? I mean I know I probably make more money in 30 mins of work than the managers make all day but still it’s your job to maintain a good crew and deal with customer complaints. I used to be a manager in the food industry it’s not that hard seriously get it together!!!

Worst location ever. Tell me how your open 24hrs and for some reason every Friday and Saturday night there having computer problems after 2am and they tell you it’s going to take a couple of hrs for the system to come back up. I can understand if it happened to me once but this is the third time it has happened.

This is a very clean and well run unit. The staff is efficient and attentive to service.

After nearly a year since I last visited this location — nothing has changed. I went through the drive-​thru this evening and requested «pure honey» dipping sauce, I received honey mustard. They also failed to include napkins or straws. And to think, these are the folks marching in the street demanding $ 15 and hour. What a joke.

Steven the black, well dressed cashier was very professional and friendly. This McDonald’s, 70℅ of their power comes from their solar panels which is also used as parking spaces. In he bathroom the sink washes and drys your hands, cool.

I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but I agree. It’s horrible and my order is NEVER correct lol

I feel silly reviewing McDonald’s, but I like to think I give credit when it’s due no matter what type of dining establishment you are. This McDonald’s is the worst in a 20 mile radius (yeah, I probably eat way too much McDonald’s). It is excruciatingly slow, the employees are rude as can be, and if you get the correct order consider it a miracle. I didn’t frequent this location for almost a year due to the issues mentioned previously, but decided to give it a go the other day after seeing the location had undergone a major remodel. With a whopping 6 cars in front of me in line at the drive through it took me 13 minutes to order and get my food. I would have driven off after 7, but was completely boxed in by that point. The employee who took my money briskly stated the total and basically threw my change at me. The person handing the food off literally opened the window, stuck his arm out, refused to look at me, and didn’t say a word. Stupid me for not checking before driving off, but did they add napkins or a straw for my drink? Of course not. And all I ordered was a McDouble and a drink.
Avoid this location at all costs. I’m upset that they continue to get business only because of their proximity to Cary Crossroads and all the surrounding retail shops.

New place was loud and noisy, very much unorganized staff and structure. Layout seems very odd and not easy to move around when it’s time to place an order or even find a table.
