The Cassadaga Camp Bookstore sells books(all kinds of topics including self improvement, yoga, alternative therapies, healing, mediumship, and things with which I’m not familiar), tarot cards, runes, jewelry, candles, and so much more. It appeared to me that everyone can find something cool/interesting/meaningful to buy here. Because I’m just learning about Spirituality, I can’t speak on the quality or breadth of their goods. I enjoyed my first visit and will return. Check out their website for a list of events(tours, services, and teachings) they offer. They sell T-shirts, and the one that stuck out to me said something like: Cassadaga: Where Mayberry Meets The Twilight Zone

Nice quaint bookstore/gift shop. I thought I’d ride to check out what they have. The town is very small, and the bookstore was nicely stocked with a variety of items. I’d go back again and maybe try a reading next time.

It is a nice sized store with spiritual stones, candles and books etc. They are reasonably priced. People who work here were very nice. I browsed some books and cards for my birthday and Chinese zodiac signs. I was surprised a lot of the information were very accurate about me. Cassadaga is a nice little town to visit for a day to experience something new and different.

Like the town of Cassadaga as a whole, this was a very unique place. The bookstore serves as somewhat of a visitors center for the town, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I browsed around for about twenty minutes and probably could have kept browsing another hour with all the things they carry. Being a bookstore there were quite a few books. Some were educational in nature if you are interesting in learning about spiritualism, and other get into more detailed aspects of the religion with books about healing and mediumship. There are also plenty of things you would expect to find such as crystals and candles and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to explain to you the purpose behind the different items and how they are believed to enhance ones life and energy and that kind of thing. The bookstore had a back meeting type area and when I was browsing there was a crystal ball workshop going on. It cost ten dollars to attend. It was two hours long and I didn’t have the time that day, but it probably would be interesting to attend some of the workshops there.
