We have been working to implement a surround system and purchased a Bose system but were dismayed to learn it was not universal. Going into the three Bose outlet, we meet Matt who was extremely helpful and very capable of providing us all the adaptors and everything we needed for our setup.

Matt at the Castle Rock Bose Outlet Store Is FANTASTIC. We recently bought a Bose surround sound system online and needed some additional items to install it the way we wanted for how large our room is. We explained to Matt what have, what we wanted to do and his response was ‘I have an idea’. He brought out adapters and needed brackets for the speakers. The brackets are EXACTLY what we need as are the wire adapters, since our pre-wired house needed adapting. Matt knew exactly what we were talking about when we explained. He is knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you Matt for the best customer service/customer experience!!!

I am so disappointed in the service I have received at this Bose store on more than one occasion. I went in to get my earbuds replaced under the warranty and Josh was the salesperson who«helped» me. He had the worst attitude and looked like he wished he were anywhere but there. He repeatedly asked me where I got the earbuds and I repeatedly told him«they were a gift, I don’t know» and he acted as if that answer wasn’t good enough and he was doing me a huge favor to exchange the faulty pair. I had the same problem with the replacement pair of headphones(normal use, no wear and tear, unexplained defect) and went in a second time. I distinctly thought to myself«I hope that same guy isn’t working» and my heart literally sank when I walked in and Josh was the only available salesperson. Once again, his attitude was abysmal. He looked me up in the system and said with a rude tone of voice«looks like you’ve had this problem before» as if it was my fault. When I told him the problem was that the mic wasn’t working, his«test» was to plug the earbuds into an ipad and press the volume control buttons. He just said«they are working here.» I explained that the problem wasn’t with the buttons or controls, but that the people on the other end of the phone can’t hear me when I speak into the mic, which I had tested with more than one phone to rule out an error with my phone. He once again put up a bit of a fuss and finally said«okay, I’ll help you out this time» but kind of rolling his eyes in annoyance. He proceeded to inform me that my name would now be red flagged if I were to come in again for a warranty replacement, because I had been in too many times in a certain time period. I asked for more information on that and he had no answer. He suggested the problem with my headphones was user error, although when he «tested» them he told me they seemed to be working fine — weird, right? When I asked what kind of «error» that could be, he once again had no answers for me. He just kept saying«I’m just telling you the policy» or something along those lines, in a very bothered way. Furthermore, the employees of this store were talking bad about another customer right after he left, in front of other customers. Talk about unprofessional. I am so disappointed and angry with the service I’ve received here that I will gladly fork over the money to ship my products back to Bose for any future warranty replacements I may need. If you have to go to this location, I’d recommend steering clear of Josh unless you like cold, aloof and rude behavior.

Stopped in on the evening of Black Friday and the employees didn’t even acknowledge me(no it wasn’t busy). I was looking to buy, and there was an entire wall of earbuds/headphones that didn’t have any prices. But because no one would help me I walked out buying nothing. Oh well. I’ll have a better buying experience on Amazon.
