Great body shop! The insurance company was giving me grief and Michaels was professional and understanding through it all. They used all OEM parts for my BMW and it looks like the wreck never happened. The noticed details like my aftermarket clear lenses and made sure my baby was back as I had it! I will definitely be bringing all my cars here from now on! They focus on the quality of their work not the kickback from the insurance. I’m glad I had them on my side!

I took my car in to get a quote for body work about a month ago. I was promised a call within a day by Antonio. A week later I called and was told that«he is very busy» and would get back to me soon. I am still waiting.

Horrible experience; it’s in my top ten all time bad customer service experiences. Any company can get good reviews when things go well. How they react when things don’t go well is what sets companies apart, good or bad. The staff broke and scratched a body panel piece that I had brought in for them to install on my car. They packed up the damaged piece and gave it back to me in the package without saying anything other than they couldn’t do the work. Only when I took it out at home did I discover the damage. When I returned with the damaged piece the folks up front were rude, aggressive, and accusatory, and basically said it was my fault. I was always cordial; their attitude wasn’t a reaction to anything I did. They gave no apology, showed absolutely no interest in correcting the situation, or compromising in any way. Their very unreasonable position was that it was impossible that they could have caused the damage. I brought in one piece but got back two pieces, pretty simple really. Like I said, how they react when things don’t go well tells you a lot more about a company than when things do go well. Awful.

For most of us, the pucker factor is pretty high walking into an auto body shop. My insurance company suggested Michael’s for an estimate and to be honest, I had never heard of them before. After selling a kidney on the black market, I took my vehicle in for an estimate. Michael himself, I had no idea at the time, was sitting behind the counter and did the estimate himself. A little more background — southern Denver had just been hit with a major hail storm and his shop was packed with other cars. As busy as the shop was, he sat and made small talk with me while he did the estimate. He took his time and addressed every concern I had. He told me they could have the job completed in a day. Pucker factor just went up. I thought there was no possible way«quality» would even enter the equation. Just picked my vehicle up from Michael’s and holy crap, they did an amazing job. Not only did they repair the damage within a day, but they detailed my vehicle, and I probably should have kept my kidney — not nearly as expensive as I had thought. My thanks go out to Michael and his entire staff — well done!
