Never a big fan of McDonald’s, but wow is this one slow. The double drive through lines do not seem to help much. If you are McDonald’s, best not to add more reasons to not like.

WORSTMCDONALDSEVER! Manager on duty(Emily) could give a care less about customers, food quality, or running her staff and keeping the restaurant clean. The soda station reaked like fermented old beer, sticky, old gross lemons attracting fruit flies. ew the fries were cold, asked for new ones, and when they came up the manager yelled at us across the restaurant to come get them, then proceeded to walk around the counter and sit across from us and eat her own meal, while the whole time her cell phone is blaring music. Steakhouse burger was old, nuggets were cold, a basic cheeseburger also cold. This«manager» sits across from us pigging out, wiping her face with her hands then onto her pants, not much of an example for her employees, her uniform was sloppy and unprofessional, texting and joking with employees across the dining area, through customers even. Then as we are leaving, the french fry fight begins between her and her staff. Pathetic representation for Mc Donalds. We will Never be back. Would not give any stars, but i have to.

Today McDonald’s offered Tax Day Promotion on the Internet. The Promotion was buy a Big Mac get the second for $.01. I went to this McDonalds at 12:30 pm(lunchtime). I had intentions of buying 2 Big Macs, 2 Lg Fries and 2 Drinks. I asked before ordering if they are participating in the Tax Day promotion. I was told rudely they were not participating. I left without purchasing anything and went to Burger King for lunch. What is the real problem behind this McDonald’s on Park St in Castle Rock. It was 12:30(lunchtime) and only 3 cars in the parking lot and 2 cars in drive thru. Could it be the food quality or is it the rudeness of the employees??? You wonder what the problem is when the high schoolers aren’t even there at lunchtime…

Almost every time I go to this McDonalds, the frappé machine is broken. It’s been very disappointing to be denied my morning coffee on multiple occasions. It’s always handled well by the staff, but something needs to be done about that machine. I won’t be depending on this location for my morning fix again.

I personally love this McDonalds. I mean like any McDonalds they get your order wrong sometimes like if I ordered a riot beer I occasionally get a Coke. But is really not that bad. I’m gluten free and I’ve found that their McDoubles if I order it without a bun seems to agree with my system fairly well. They also have a fryer just for the fries. Do that doesn’t bother me either. I love the taste of McDonalds; I’ll always hit them up for a five dollar lunch. This location was just recently remodeled so the inside looks like a higher class McDonalds. Over all, it’s not a bad McDonalds. Not high class food or service but it gets the job done.

Worst McDonalds in Castle Rock. Food quality is poor almost always. Shake machine is always broke, Ice machine is always broke but they don’t tell you that until you’re about to drive away with a waterlogged soda(happened twice). I’d rather drive to the outlets because at least there they are on top of their game. Teenagers run this McDonalds and seem to always be goofing off rather than making satisfactory food.

worst McDonald’s in the state of CO. took 15 min in drive through for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 double cheese burgers and a snack wrap. I was the only person in the drive through, and when i asked for a grilled chicken snack wrap they said i would have to wait 7 mins. II said don’t worry about it i will have a crispy snack wrap. then i ended up waiting 15 mins. anyway, so what was the point of that.

This McDonald’s is the perfect example of no matter how poorly you run one, you’ll still make lots of money. This opinion is not based on one or two visits. I’ve lived in the area for 23 years and am still amazed at this McDonald’s and their slightly less awful location at the Factory Outlet Mall. The management of these two locations evidently teach employees the rudeness method of customer service. While both of these McDonald’s have prices substantially higher than others in the south metro area, I still visit them on occasion because it’s not worth driving to the one at Yosemite and Lincoln in Lone Tree. First, receiving an accurate order is truly a 50⁄50 proposition. If using either drive-thru, a thorough check of your order is mandatory. Before, when I was stupid and didn’t check my order, I called to report the error and they generously offered to replace the incorrect items if I was willing to make the 13 mile round trip from my house. Seriously? I didn’t expect them to deliver the replacements but how about offering to replace them free on a future visit? Sorry, not here. Once, I was driving by one of their locations to pick someone up and saw them offering a special deal. Later, while I was at their other store, I stopped in to grab the special. Sorry, we only offer that at our other store. Tonight, my family wanted McDonald’s and I was in Castle Rock — a potential nightmare. Nonetheless, I stopped by McDonald’s on Park Street. I made the mistake of ordering a 20 piece McNugget and then asked for extra honey. Sure, no problem… at 25 cents each. Maybe I’m just a cheapskate but getting charged extra for condiments after dropping nearly 20 bucks just rubs me the wrong way. The guy(not a kid but a middle-age man) at the pickup window didn’t appreciate my objection to the added charge. In disgust, he suggested I talk to the manager and as he turned to get her, very clearly called me an #?&hole. The manager must have heard it too because she was very apologetic. However, extra honey would still be 25 cents each. Clearly, I have an axe to grind with these folks. Over the years, I’ve simply had too many«issues» at these two McDonalds and I do try to avoid them and take my business elsewhere. It’s just extra frustrating that when I am somewhat«forced» to patronize these locations, there’s always something to deal with. Maybe your experience will be different. I hope so.
