After waiting at the drive in lane for what seemed like an eternity, I decided it would be faster to just park and go inside. It was about 8 Pm And the dinning room was empty. The manager was behind the counter talking to two off duty employees. As I approached the counter to place my order, I noticed one of the teens had his back pack on the counter. Not so bad I suppose, but along with the bag he also had an old pair of shoes up on the counter. It baffled me that the night manager hadn’t even seemed to notice or care that there was a pair of old sneakers placed in the same spot where they serve food to their customers…

Stay away from this restaurant. Slow slow slow. Maybe Wendy’s corporate should get involved but they won’t that would require an interest in your business. Stay away.

What is their weird obsession with getting orders wrong? Mayonnaise fetishists? Tomato fiends? Perhaps they enjoy their manager berating them in front of customers. I guess they would make them condiment masochists. A lighthearted note to the employees: No more pissing and whining over your low hourly wage. Your inabilities and narrow skill set do not entitle you to anything more than you’re getting.

This particular Wendy’s is horrible! Every single time I come to this location its dirty, staff is extremely slow at lunch time, and their beverage machine is alway out of the drink I want! I got a nearly burnt chicken sandwich and it had no mayo like was supposed to to! The last time I went all this happened on one visit. I give it two stars instead of one simply because I love Wendy’s!

Stupid, I order a burger with only mayo and cheese and they gave me only mustard. The drink were supposed to be a medium diet coke and a small sprite. I got a medium sprite and a small water. Who said water??? Hello people wake up!

We were closer to this location this week so decided to use one of our coupons. No line but we were still told to «hold on a minute» before we could place our order. Couldn’t even get the entire order in before she tried to get us up to the window. Then she wasn’t sure how to enter the coupon so another gentleman with a headset and gloves cam to help. He rested his gloved hand on the open window and I assume didn’t switch his gloves. The woman taking our order didn’t close the window fully so we got to hear her say«dang it, dang it, dang it» while she got everything together. Thankfully my husbands special request was fulfilled. It was probably the only saving grace. Next time we will drive up to the next exit and use the other location. Why is this one even open?!

Disgusting. My husband bought me the spicy chicken Caesar. I am think it was fresh 3 weeks ago. Most the leaves were brown. Which makes for a great salad but a lousy salad. Cheese was warm… Never again.

Avoid like the plague… we waited over 10 minutes behind 1 car in the drive thru. I finally called from my car to ask what was going on. They told me the car in front was waiting on chicken nuggets. That’s fine, but do the intelligent thing and ask them to park to the side, then run the order out to them, so the rest of us can get our very simple orders.

Can I give zero stars? We drove up at 10pm and were the only customers. We then had to wait 20 minutes for our food. During that time they tried to collect money twice, couldn’t figure out what we had already ordered and paid for, couldn’t figure out what went in the salad, and finally we ended up with cold over-cooked food. While this is the worst experience I’ve had at Wendy’s there have been other bad experiences at other Wendy’s and I’m done with this chain.

Stopped in at this Wendy’s for lunch today and was not immediately impressed. It was lunch time so it was understandably busy. I’m not sure if they were understaffed, or had too many newbies working at once, but the service was sluggish at best. No one was in front of us when we got in line, but had to wait at least five minutes for someone to take our order. Once our order was taken we waited an additional five minutes to get our food. Also, they forgot to give us one of our drinks so we had to go back and wait for that. Overall, I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone in the future if their service is anything like it was today. For a restaurant chain that strives to be the best when it comes to quality and service, this one sure wasn’t anything to write home about. I think I’ll take my business to Burger King next time I’m in Castle Rock.

Seems Jon Bön Jovi owns this one, because it gives love a bad name. I love Wendy’s but this one is so godawful pathetic I did not boer to write Wendy’s and the whole chain is now spending 90 days in the penalty box. Tragic to see everyone here gives it one-star. Maybe the manager has pictures of Wendy in uncompromising pictures and that is how he gets away with it…

I love Wendy’s…just not thus one. They consistently get the orders wrong. Inevitably, I forget and go back and they get it wrong every time! This time I checked the bag even… got the wrong salad dressing AND the chicken wasn’t as ordered. Just not going back to this one ever.

This is the review I wrote on the Wendy’s website. Due to the unacceptable a$$-itude the«manager» showed me when I returned and asked her to make things right, I also successfully called the health department and got them inspected. Fortunately for her they didn’t catch anything, but I’m sure it ruined her day and she hasn’t heard the last from me yet. When you or your employees JACKUP someone’s order, you might want to be NICE and APOLOGETIC when they ask you to make it right. _____________ On that Wednesday, I pulled through and ordered a Number 5 Single with NO cheese. The attendant at the speaker did not hear my order clearly(I feel he wasn’t paying attention), so I repeated the order and again said«NO cheese». He repeated back no cheese, and sure enough after getting the order and driving some distance I pulled out the burger and it had cheese on it. When you order something and say TWICE no cheese, and they repeat back no cheese, and then give you cheese, that is more than being careless, that is messing with people and their food. This location was not convenient to my normal travel route, therefore it wasn’t convenient to come back until the following Monday, when I pulled through to the second window and was going to ask for a manager, but first I had to sit there(before even interacting with anyone at the window) for 10(ten) minutes while 5(five) different employees milled around, doing whatever, but refusing to look at me or help me. Of course this made me even angrier. Finally a young man opened the window and I asked for his manager, who he got. When the manager, a female African American lady(I have no problem with ethnicity, but I’m just identifying, as she didn’t give me her name), heard my issue, she accused me of making it up because I didn’t come right back after ordering, which I explained to her why I couldn’t. To be fair she DID make me a replacement meal, but the attitude and accusing me of making something up WHEN I SHOWEDHERTHERECEIPT is UNACCEPTABLE. I am VERY angry at being accused of trying to get something for nothing. I have NEVER done that in my life and I RESENT your PIECEOFCRAP manager trying to get out of doing HERJOB and further, the way she is training her WHOLE staff to ignore customers at the window. I DEMAND a district manager contact me at –redacted– to address her attitude and the careless attitude of her staff as well. I already got my free meal, but I want an apology for the insult to a PAYING customer who will NEVER be back to that location again. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars with Wendy’s locations this past year and HOWDAREYOUTREATMELIKETHAT when I make a simple polite observation about a problem?!
