Very nice and new store and I’ve met the owner, he’s very friendly and super nice but some of the managers he has leaves a lot to be desired. There’s one here by the name of katilynn who treats all her employees like crap. Or is to busy flirting with the guys in the kitchen to help costumers. I’ve come here several times and both times I’ve heard her talking down the the employee in front of guest. That is very unprofessional though I gather she is very young. And one named Shane that is extremely rude to me every time I’ve been in and makes the employees do everything, all she seems to want to do is take orders. The other manager I’ve interacted with was a gal by the name Diane who kept everything going and moving and was very friendly. And a young man that was in a sling was extremely helpful and very friendly every time he’s taken my order. Haven’t met much other staff. But I have to say the owner really needs to reconsider who he’s placed in management or take them down to regular employees as they have gotten a big head on their shoulders.
