If you want to eat cold steak and cheese sandwich come over here, make sure to check your order, my sandwich was so cold in the middle that I have to return it to them and just left, I felt so bad and I couldn’t eat anymore.

Love this location!!! The lady manager is super nice to me and always remembers me. Her staff does too and they always make me feel great. Thank you

Since when do they charge to toast your sandwich? Oh wait there not suppose to, but this lady sure did. Worst customer service, worst subway, should be shutdown and booted out and put in a Mr pickles

The health department seriously needs to visit all subways… they never change gloves when moving from sandwhich to sand which. Thankfully I’m not allergic to anything but I feel bad for someone who is. They are also super stingy with their veggies!

It makes me sad that this is the closest subway to my work. The people behind the counter are grumpy on a consistent basis. The owner should replace the whole crew. This is my 3^rd time here and I won’t be back. Your lack of friendly staff has lost you a customer.

The girl at the counter was very rude. She had no customer service. No smile. No Thank you. The food was basic ‘Subway faire’. I won’t go back to that store. I’d rather be hit in the face by a cold fish.

i went to this subway 2 days ago for lunch and got my coworkers and myself a sandwich. The employees were very rude and not very friendly and it took forever for me to even place my order! After i left, i got back to work to realize they over charged me a $ 1 on one of my sandwiches and taxed me twice. I went back today to get another sandwich and to get reimbursted for the one they over charged me on. They immediantly denied that they made the mistake and started rolling their eyes when i tried to explain to them what was overcharged, which was very rude and childish. After a minute of arguing, they finally reimbursted me. I will definitely be going to quiznos or togos next time!

This is 1 of the closest subways to me and I’ve been going here at least 1−3x’s a week. I always get the same thing, BMT on wheat.
I’ve gone to so many subways where their damn bread is stale and almost like a cruton! HORRIBLE. But I’ve never had to eat cardboard bread here, thank goodness.
The workers are avg-​nice. One of the ladies has a hilarious loud laugh that I only hear when she’s helping male patrons. Hilarious, but whatever tickles his and her pickle.
Verdict: My sandwich is always made how I like it and it is always fresh. Can’t complain. I just hate when Unilocalers complain about the meat, HELLO, this isn’t a upper scale deli with fancy meat. If you want the «fancier» stuff then obviously subway isn’t it. Sheesh. ;P

What does any sandwich after 500 pm $ 5.00 if you purchase two sandwiches. So i order a turkey avocado bacon sandwich. they charged me $ 7.00 because it was a premium sandwich WTF? They fail to disclose that only certain sandwiches are for $ 5.00. If you ask me, Subway just Sux. I will never go back to anyone of them again. The choice of meat is cheap, they don’t give you enough meat at that. We were standing in line and another patron was behind us. The person behind the counter began to help them before taking our order. That was poor customer service and plain rude. We had an adjustment request to one of the sandwiches and the worker seemed very irritated at our request. Lets see, I choose to spend the money I earn at your establishment in exchange for the goods your provide and you give me grief about a request on how I would like my order??? Again pretty poor service. I don’t know who trained this staff, but they need some remedial training. It is apparent that their Mama or daddy did not raise them right. Never again.

I used to like coming to this Subway because there’s hardly ever any long lines, but now I’ve seen why… their sandwiches are nasty and made all wrong! I ordered a turkey, avocado and bacon foot long and it tasted foul due to bad ingredients and bad sandwich making. When she was making my sandwich I first asked for just mayo but then right after, asked to add mustard too. She said «okay», but next thing I know she’s cutting up my sandwich without adding either! What really ruined my meal though was the use of ingredients that were not fresh at all. The cheese had no flavor, the spinach and tomatoes weren’t crisp and worst of all the avocado was spoiled, all making the sandwich taste rotten. One bite felt like I was eating garbage. I’m so disgusted with this place that I’d rather drive further to the Subway up the hill.

A conveniently located Subway and most of the workers there are very nice. However I must dock it a star for having possibly the single most unfriendly employee of any store I’ve ever encountered. If you go there you’ll recognize her by her dead-​eyed stare and the extreme contempt for you that her voice conveys. I really feel like she is going overboard trying to show you exactly how much she hates having to make you a sandwich. I tried smiling at her once and she shot me a look like she wanted me to drop dead. Seriously, it makes for a very uncomfortable Subway experience. If you frequent this location then I’m sure you know of this lady. Let’s just say that she makes the Sandwich Nazi from Grinders in Montclair Village look like Bob Saget by comparison!

The workers here always seem to be in a bad mood — which results to bad service, rushing to make the sandwich and have you feeling like you never want to come here again.
I ordered a foot long sandwich — one half to have at lunch and the other to take home. While she was making final touches to my sandwich, she asked if I wanted a drink or chips with it. I kindly declined and asked for the sandwich only. Then right away, she goes, «5 dollars.» I didn’t have any small bills at the time, so I paid with a $ 100 bill. She checked the bill, handed me my change without counting it in front of me then turned around and left to the back room. REALLY? That bothered me. HELLA rude.
I hate this place now.

I love this subway, everytime I walk in I search for Satwinder, as she is the BEST in making sandwiches, and always SMILING!!! When you walk into subway the people working hardly notice you, but she would welcome you.
She makes the best sandwiches. Good amount of meat, veggies, sauces, and the sandwiches are packed perfect, no difficulty while eating it.

we come here alot for lunch when I am at work. They usually don’t take phone orders but they always do when they know its us =)
We have a 30 minute lunch and get at least 5 sandwiches. So it takes up your whole lunch if you just walk in = (
good customer service and yummy sandwiches. I mean its 5.00 for a foot long! that’s 2 meals when your low on cash

I’ve always gone here ’cause it’s close to where I live… always put up with the rude employees (just smiled and let it go), but today was the last straw.
I had a coupon, and I went in and showed it to the male worker (whom I’ve never seen before, I always deal with the two ladies) before I placed my order… he rolled his eyes and went off on me — apparently this Subway doesn’t honor the coupon, it’s only for the one up on Center and Grove.
After his little tirade, I promptly told him that I would go to the other Subway from this point and left. Quite honestly, if he hadn’t gone off on me like that, I probably would have just ordered what I needed to and took the bite on the coupon. Now I’ll never patronize this particular Subway again…

It seems like everyone that works here is pissed of constantly. They are always light on the veggies compared to the other one in CV up by PW Market.

We went in there with my kids– I prefer LUcca’s but they like Subway. We stood there and were not acknowledged. One lady was playing with the cash register, the guy was making one sandwich for another customer. We waited for a couple minutes and then left without any one even noticing us– and how can you miss 3 noisy kids and 2 adults at 11:15 in the morning in an almost empty store. WIll not return here… service is non-​existent.

It is in the shopping center with blockbuster and Kragen. You know, the one with horrible parking?
The sandwiches are good and pretty healthy, and pretty affordable now that they have the «5 dollar foot long» deal going on.
The employees can be a little cranky, but just smile at them and they will be nice. One kid who works there is really funny. I think he’s the only male working there.
