I was there last week … & I had to write a review… Outstanding customer service by one worker (male) wish I had gotten his name. They had run out of plain bagels & my 5 yr old won’t eat any other kind… He offered to scrap off the sesame seeds from a bagel so she could have the plain bagel… I took him up on his offer & he did it with a smile… I honestly believe this is customer service at its finest. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for almost 20 yrs so I expect excellent service. And he definitely went above & beyond. Will definitely return Because of him.

The service is so unfriendly here, and it being National Donut Day, you’d think they’d offer you a free donut, but they didn’t even have any made. It’s small inside too.
