Plantation Farm Camp

I absolutely love plantation farm camp. Such an amazing experience! This camp is at a beautiful location in Cazadero. There are 1 week, 2 week, and 4 week sessions. For the «chore» period (which is actually really fun) you take care of goats, horses, chickens, sheep, cows, pigs, kittens, and puppies. Activities include hiking, friendship bracelets, painting and silkscreen, horseback riding, rugby, lavender wands, knitting, soccer, cooking, and SO MUCH MORE!!! Campers have a «unit» whom they spend the night with, but are open to making new friends in other units. Campfires with units are about 1 – 2 a week, where you play games and reflect on your time at camp. One of the best things about plantation is the «no electronics» rule. No cell phones, computers, iPods, or video games. Campers get to explore and respect nature away from devices. PLANTATION IS THE BEST THING THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN TO YOU! you must go!
