I get it that you wanna take advantage of cheap labor, but that definitely impacts customer service quality. I am utterly disgusted with the cashier today. I ordered one sandwich, and was highly impatient when I would think about my options from question, as she decides this is a great time to jam in a second question about the second sandwich. She kept pestering me like she had to go somewhere — of course we were the only ones in the store! If you’re gonna hire cheap labor, you should train them to service people. Otherwise it just feels like your hounds(who shouldn’t be rushing me through an order, how ridiculous and unprofessional) are following your bad example as a store manager/owner, and thinking their low pay should match their low customer service skills. Disgusted!!! Food is ok.

Located in the mall, the servers here are patient, it’s clean inside, and they are pretty careful about asking when they forget about something, plus not adverse to packing my sandwich with toppings(unlike some places). Interesting way of folding the sandwich meat. Sandwich is very standard, of course, but at least consistent with my experiences.
