The fact that they have posted 30.06÷30.07 signage, effectively disarming law-abiding, licensed weapon carriers ensures that I will never again frequent this restaurant. Gun free zones are nothing more than target-rich environments for those that wish to do harm to others on a large scale. I will not be a defenseless target. I have been trained and vetted with license classes and background checks. I can’t say the same for those that come in with a weapon intending to do harm. And it’s a shame, I really like their pizza. But if they can’t support our Constitutional Rights, I can’t support them.

Very disappointed! Would not recommend. They have delivered about 8 – 10 times to our home and every other time we get told, «Sorry, you are not in our delivery area» Really? Well, someone needs to make up their mind. They are Overpriced, which I did not mind paying for delivery and obviously very unorganized and don’t need the business. This is the last time I will be calling and certainly will not visit in store as well. Lack of upper management seeing the bigger picture here. We will be looking for a new Pizza venture.

Love the pizza. Rating is not about price, it’s about your cedar park delivery driver. This is the 3rd time he made us feel we inconvenienced him by delivering. This is customer service 101. If the employee ain’t happy doing the job working directly with your customer base recruit new talent.

Overpriced, undersized, and no better than other pizza joints. $ 20 for a large pizza that barely fed 2 of us. Delivered luke warm and we live 5 minutes away. Won’t be ordering again.

Worst tasting Pizza E-V-E-R! Great service, friendly workers, clean place, and pizza made in excellent time. But the pizza was awful. Will NOT be going back.

Cedar Park Location. Overpriced and undersized pizza. We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas and one gluten free pizza and the cost came out to $ 46 plus the delivery tip. We wouldn’t have minded the cost of the pizza was amazing but it wasn’t. Ours was delivered and came barely warm and the taste was a step down from the(surprisingly good) Chuck E Cheese pizza we had on a recent family outing. Adding insult to injury, we ordered the gluten free pizza with goat cheese ONLY and it came with goat cheese and regular cheese. That wasn’t a big deal as we are used to restaurants getting our order wrong due to multiple food allergies… the problem was the way the manager questioned my wife about the instructions we gave them when we placed the order and acted put out that he had to send out another pizza. One of the reasons that we ordered overpriced from Austin’s Pizza was for their ability to work with food allergies. But the $ 4 premium for the already expensive GF crust is ridiculous. We will order the GF pizza from the nearby BJs next time.

The pizza has some flavor where most of what I have had in Austin didn’t. The quality and delivery bode well for you to try their product, it very well be my NY bias that gives Austin Pizza only two stars, however, their Wings are baked and are worthy of a heavy three — that’s No Bull!

I want to like Austin’s Pizza, but they are VERY overpriced for what you get. We’ve ordered pizza from here 4 times, twice pick up and twice delivery. 75% of the time the pizza has been great with a perfect crunchy crust. Their delivery times are reasonable; 20 minutes later at night and 40 during the dinner rush. My entire issue is their price and pizza size. Their ‘large’ pizza is $ 15 and some change with tax, but it’s so small it will not feed 2 adults and a toddler. It’s smaller than a large at Pizza Hut and $ 5 more. It’s the same price as an actual LARGE pizza at Local Slice. And, we can literally get the exact same pizza at Al Capriccio in Leander(which is closer to our house) for $ 5 cheaper and they don’t charge for ranch. We order pizza at least 2x per week and I think we will definitely opt for somewhere else for the sake of money. My husband shouldn’t have to dig thru the fridge for leftovers after eating because the ‘large’ pizza we ordered was not enough food for dinner.

Very Bad place. I have ordered pizzas from here many times apparently 45times according to them. They have messed up more then half of that times. If I do my math right, the total order for 45times will be around $ 2000.00. They had 3 months expired drinks in the fridge sitting in their store. I saw at least 5 people behind the desk and one person couldn’t just open the fridge and check on inventory and supply. That tells me how badly this Pizza joint is managed. Just received a call from their«HOMEOFFICE» very bad attitude person. Just saying sorry for the sake of the situation. I know he did not meant what he said the TONE was just way out there. If they have drinks that are expired god knows about the food items they serve or cook pizza with. AVOIDTHISPLACEBYALLMEANS. SIMPLYBADPLACE.

Delicious! We had the sausage and hamburger with extra cheese and a cheese pizza. Crust is light and flaky!

I thought I had Austin Pizza before(a different location though) but when I got it this time I was totally disappointed. First, as far as taste and that, it was — OK, not really crusty, for a thin pizza… But more disappointing was I ordered the large size(I didn’t check for exact sizes just assumed Large would be large), and when it came, I could barely feed the 4 little ones, and I had nothing left for myself. I usually do so that was pretty disappointing :-/ So note — the Large is kinda medium and since its a thin crust pizza, it’s really not a full meal even…

Two stars only because the pizza is decent. However, customer service SUCKS. I ordered online for pickup because the website advertised that my food ould be ready in 20 minutes vs. an hour for delivery. 45 minutes later and I had not received any confirmation that my food was ready, although I had received emails stating that the restaurant had received and was processing my order. I called the restaurant and asked if my food was ready for pickup and the person who answered checked the system for my name, saying, «Yeah, it usually only takes 20 minutes. I see your name and order, and they should be ready.» I drove up to the restaurant, hoping to pick up my food and leave quickly as it was a busy day for me, only to find that the employees«don’t have any orders for pickup… like at all.» I had to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza, which I did NOT have time for. All they had to say was«Sorry… we don’t know what happened.» There were NO other customers in the restaurant. Just me.

My sister in law ordered here and I picked it up, this place is so disorganized and sad. Horrible customer service, people waiting an hour for their pickups. I’ve been here 45 minutes myself and no one seems to know what to do behind the counter, hope the pizza is better than the experience.

It’s kind of uniqe pizza you can barely find every where. However, the place is not a good one to sit and enjoy there, but the pizza is great.

I’ll keep it simple. We’ve ordered from here twice now. Basically it’s the only place that will deliver to my address. 1. First order was 15 minutes late. It was prescheduled several days before for a lunch date but still arrived late. 2. Second order was 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Instead of 60 minutes, it took 90! 3. Both orders were cold! Tonight’s looked terrible. It was cold, firm, and wrinkled. 4. Very little toppings. The artichoke hearts were hard to chew like jerky. I only gave 2 stars because the pizza rolls are a good deal for $ 4 on Tuesdays. They’re worth $ 4. I will never order from here again.

How do you screw up $ 25 of cheese pizza? The second star is only because they are close to us in Cedar Park. We weren’t but 5 minutes late and the $ 25 of cheese pizzas we got were stale and tasted bad? Now I remember why we haven’t been to there in years. Again I ask you how can you screw up cheese pizza?

This is one of those 3.5 star reviews that I decided to round down. Austin’s Pizza is easily one of my favorite options for delivery where I live, but that doesn’t mean it’s the absolute best pizza around. That being said, I order enough from this place that I felt a review was in order. The online ordering is fairly simple. There are some weekly deals that pop up and are worth noticing, especially when it comes to the delicious pizza rolls. The options are fairly straight forward when it comes to your pizza: pick the crust, toppings, size, etc. Delivery overall is decently quick, though not mind blowing. They did lose my order once, but I was compensated and sent my pizza later that evening. The pizza itself can be hit or miss. It’s not that it’s every particularly bad, but inconsistent is a fair word to describe it. Sometimes the crust is very thin, sometimes it’s a bit doughy. Sometimes the toppings are crisp, sometimes they’re soggy. When they get it right, it’s pretty damn good. When they don’t, it’s merely serviceable. I still think Austin’s Pizza beats the well known delivery guys, so it’s definitely worth a try.

Looking for a diversion from our usual pizza carryout place, we decided to try Austin’s pizza. The girl on the phone who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful with answering questions and even applied a discount to the order that I didn’t ask for or know existed. We ordered The Haole and the Brazo’s. Both were excellent! We will order from Austin’s Pizza again soon!

Updating my review already from 4 to 5 stars as I got a response from Austin pizza about my experience. They apparently really value customers and their feedback and that means alot to me. Thanks Austin Pizza!
