I am not happy with the customer service that I just received. I placed an order online, but accidentally placed it at the wrong location(2 Cedar Park locations). When I arrived to pick up my pizzas and found out it was at the wrong place, they refused to make my order because they didn’t want to «waste food». Guess what, I’m not driving all across town to pick up an order that they can just sell to someone else(large pepperoni). Now you’ve just lost business for good. Can’t believe they would allow a customer to walk out without dinner for their family. So Rude!!!

Another classic case Unilocal needs a 0 star option. Let’s keep it simple. Find a different place to eat pizza. Your welcome

Yaghis provides an amazing 2 in 1 service for the low low price of $ 45 you can get 2 semi-edible pizzas and wait for it… in about 4 – 6 hours your tummy will start to rumble and then everything you’ve eaten in the last two years will come shooting out of you like scorching lava WOW! I feel 10 pounds lighter. BUTWAIT! The fun doesn’t stop there for the next 24 – 48 hours you’ll become very well acquainted with all the public restrooms near you that is if you can leave your house. Bön appétit!

Ordered delivery from this place because it was close by and we had never tried it. Fast service, and the pizza was hot and very good. If you like New York style pizza you will like this pizza.

My husband’s great Aunt, Great Uncle and Grandma watched our kids while we were on vacation and they ordered Yaghi’s at least 4 times. So the night we got back, we had to try it. I ordered the a Calzone(the Stromboli one) and holy cow it was big! Definitely enough for two. My husband ordered the Honey Mustard Wings. Definitely super honey mustard but lacking a lot of flavor otherwise. The wings though were cooked perfectly. Great Aunt, Great Uncle and Grandma(plus the kids) shared a pizza(half pepperoni, half chicken, bell pepper, artichoke hearts). It was delicious. And very well priced. They only charged half the price for each topping since they were only on half the pizza which is something you don’t hear of anymore. So great food, great prices, the deliver and almost everything(including the meats) handmade. We will definitely be ordering again!

Its back up to par and definitely the one of best pizzas around. I order online and pick it up in 15 min on the dot almost every time no matter what time they quote. Its just as good cold for breakfast or reheated on a stone in a broiling oven. My one bad experience must have been a fluke bc this place is good to go.

Only withheld a star for the lack of sauce. I didn’t need extra, but I did want some. The manager brought me some more sauce! Saved the pizza and the night.

Used to love Yaghi’s pizza in Cedar Park, not so more. Ordered a pizza last night and when it was delivered it was only half cooked, crust tasted like raw dough. Called to let them know and they offered to make a new one and deliver it later. By this time it was too late in the evening to wait for another delivery so I politely declined and requested a credit or refund and was informed they did not have the authority to do that and that the manager had left for the night. I requested that the manager call the next day to discuss. I did not receive a call. Called back the next day and was told by the person that answered the phone that they had spoke with the manager and he informed them that there was nothing he could do to remedy the situation. I requested to speak to the manager and they initially said he wasn’t there, then I asked how to contact the manager’s manager and I was told that the manager had informed them that they were not allowed to give me that information. I kept requesting more information and was put on hold. Eventually another person got on the phone and said he was the boss and that there was nothing he could do to assist me. I asked to speak to his manager and he claimed he was the boss and owner. He then proceeded to tell me to do what I wanted to do but he could not assist me and hung up on me. I will never do business with them again.

I was a former employee here(delivery, cashier, took calls & prepped some food) and this was actually my first job, but seeing other very low reviews here based on the manager I just wanted to reinforce these statements with my own experience working for him. The operation is owned & operated by 3 brothers, though the one everyone deals with is who established the business. Throughout my time working there(while on the job) he’d often crack jokes that were crude and joke about customers being stupid over the phone, or if he happened to have an argument with one he would vent about their negligence like no tomorrow. There were times when employees were just randomly fired, some openly had disputes with the manager and some simply quit out of frustration and unneeded stress. As for me, I was fired because I called in sick 3 times and he told me that if I wasn’t going to be committed to the job then I can find a job elsewhere(then proceeded to wish me luck in my endeavors and hung up the phone). If you’re thinking about complaining about the service or quality to the manager don’t; he will only laugh at you and think that you were the one who is at fault. If you’re thinking about working for this pizza delivery(especially if it’s your first job) DON’T, it gave me such a bad impression on the food industry and how managers behaved. That being said, the other 2 managers were really great guys, often kept to themselves when the main manager would complain or rant… I just wish one of them actually ran it instead of the main owner.

The owners brother just told us to take our business elsewhere. Turns out the three times in the past two years that I have had issues with our delivery were when he made them. What’s that tell you? It has very large hard lumps throughout the dough. When I say hard I mean I took a bite and nearly broke my tooth. The other time it was black on the bottom so the replacement pizza they sent was not cooked all the way through. I feel like they did this on purpose. Tonight the pizza I received speaks for itself. Hard lumps, falling apart, cheese spilling over and the dough is really thin on one half and the other half is really thick. The boys that work there are wonderful and we have ordered so much from them as this is the ONLY food my son with autism will eat. My complaint isn’t with them, but the owners brother mo is completely rude. We literally order at least two pizzas a week and have for the past two years so I know what the pizza is supposed to look like. And when mo makes it it is awful and cannot be eaten. I really hope the actual owner reads this and takes this feedback to heart although I was told that since he can’t please me I will need to take my business elsewhere. He also told me I would not be getting a new pizza nor would I be getting a refund which is why I drove up there and only then did he give me my money back.

This place should shut down. The owner of this Yaghis is completely inept. Not only does he make TERRIBLE pizza himself his customer service is beyond a joke. We paid $ 30 for a soggy pizza that fell apart and a rotten Caesar salad and the guy says we’re in the wrong. Took pictures and brought the pizza back to these idiots and vow to never order again. We’ve been one of their best customers for a year and now no more. Really if you can’t make a basic cheese pizza that isn’t inedible why are you in business? Unbelievably terrible. Good luck with your horribly run business.

They have good New York style pizza that’s quick and fast. Great prices and service is pretty quick. I always forgot about this place because it is tucked away, but would definitely choose over dominos or papa johns.

I come here for lunch every now and then and the lunch special definitely keeps you coming back. Two slices and a drink for $ 5? That’s a steal in my book!!! It’s not New York where you can get a slice for a dollar but it’s still definitely a steal. The pizza is nice and it’s thin like New York but I wouldn’t say it’s exactly like it. The pizza is good though. They make some pizzas there and there is usually pepperoni, cheese, or mushroom and cheese so there always variety. Overall the flavor is decent and it’s pretty quick it get your slices in and out. Definitely a good place to go get a quick lunch if you don’t want to go to a fast food place.

Okay. The pizza isn’t the best ever, but I feel like they purposely place it next to schools so is teachers who forget our lunch have a go to place that won’t break the bank and is fast! They are extremely fast and really nice! It’s a good place to go in a hurry!

Overall pretty good. Service was a bit slow. Chicken Alfredo pizza was decent. Don’t know that I will go out of my way to go there again. A nice trick… put your pizza on a pizza stone at 500 degrees for a few minutes one you get it home. It crisps up like the pizza by the slice.

It was just ok. I’m Brooklyn born and always looking for the best slice. Crust was good, cheese was killing and I wasn’t too crazy about the sauce

Really liked this place, got their lunch special about 4 times a month. Special is $ 3.99 for two plain cheese slices and a drink. So it is about one when I get there and tell the girl at the counter, want the special. We are out of plain cheese pizza, calls back to the maker and asked if he is going to make another plain pizza, he says no. The deal is toppings cost more and the only topping I like is anchovies and of course out of the seven or so they have made, they don’t have them. Least objectionable pizza has pepperoni, which I don’t really want. So I say, I don’t want to pay for extra toppings because I don’t want any, I like the pizza plain. How about giving me the lunch special with two prices of pepperoni pizza. She says I can’t do that, so I say ok I am not ordering. As I go out the door I think I get a smart ass, have a good day sir. Same to you Yaghi Pizza, never more, never more,

We’ve been trying various pizza joints to find that Friday night go-to pizza and we have 2-spots but keep trying for more. This will not be our go-to sliceria. For $ 20 we purchased a the large Gyro pizza but it lacked taste, personality, and style. Sadly, it’s just a really big(and slightly expensive) pizza.

Great lunch special 2 slices of pizza w/toppings & a drink for $ 4.99. really good pizza, I will definitely be back for another lunch. Just FYI there is not much room to sit besides a small bar on each side of the place, its a little hole in the wall thus the reason for only 4 stars.

My family and I have been ordering pizza religiously since this location has opened. I wouldn’t be surprised if they expected our call at the same time every week. Their pizza is pretty consistent and we like a lot, but after tonight we have a bad taste in our mouth. We were told that we could not order our usual pizzas for pick up tonight and when asked why we were given no answer. When we asked for a manage we were told he was to busy to talk. Clearly they need new management if they are too busy to talk to a loyal paying customer. In return we were forced to order from another local company close by and ended up like it better. If y’all keep this up guys you’ll soon find that your other customers will find something better.
