went for highlights and a cut. my highlights were not distributed correctly, have a big brown part in my bangs without highlights u can totally notice it. my hair was longer on one side than the other. she semi blowed dried it, it was not very pretty at the end. not only that, I started at 630 and left about 10! the stylist was nice but definitely will never do my hair there nor will recommend the place

My hair was in serious need of some TLC and I was able to get in for a cut the same day I called. Jennifer could see that my hair had been over-​processed and cut incorrectly for naturally curly hair. She put a toner on it to turn it from bright yellow to a more natural looking, warm blonde. Then she gave me a wonderful cut and styled my hair beautifully. She explained what she was doing, and why, every step of the way. Knowing that getting my hair back into perfect shape won’t happen overnight, she came up with a plan to restore it back to health over time because doing everything at once would be too much for it. She also recommended several Aveda products (a brand that I trust) that will nourish my hair. I’m very happy that I found Jennifer! She is a true professional and knows her craft.

I like my color, but the cut left a lot to be desired. It isn’t necessarily a bad cut, but it’s NOTHING like what I asked for and I was very specific. I appreciated the thoroughness of the stylist’s instructions for maintaining my color, and she was a great person, but it will take months to grow back the hair I lost.

Jennifer is amazing and truly talented as a stylist. I’m so glad she was working one particular evening in July because my hair was two-​toned and looked «off» because I hadn’t fully recovered from getting the worst haircut of my life a few months prior and my 30 year high school reunion was the following night. No pressure, right? Well Jennifer could sense my anxiety and PTSD from past experiences with stylists and went out of her way to put me at ease by asking a lot of questions and checking in with me frequently. When she finished, my hair not only looked normal, it was an adorable cut… and I was a huge hit at the reunion! Then a couple weeks ago, I was just going to trim off a little bulk so my hair would work better, but didn’t realize til it was too late that I didn’t know what the hell I was doing. When I finished I was missing a lot of hair on one side, but didn’t want to confess my sins to Jennifer and wasn’t even sure she could fix it this time. I tried parting it on the other side and doing the comb-​over thing, but eventually had to concede I needed professional help and called Jennifer. I was thankful she got me in the next day and didn’t chastise me for my stupidity. And once again, she managed to cut my hair beautifully and completely disguise the hole I’d put in my hair. I don’t know if the owners of this salon realize what a gem they have, but I will always be very grateful to Jennifer for making me feel beautiful and putting me at ease… and giving me memories of a very special night that I will always cherish.

Alex has the worst attitude. She was late and she didn’ t even say hi when she saw me! When I said what I wanted she didn’t want to do that. Super rude!!! I spoke with the owner. He asked me to go online and send him an email. URGENT customer service and better staff.

Jennifer, the stylist, did a wonderful job on my stepdaughter’s hair! My 15-​year-​old stepdaughter decided to take off 14 inches of locks and get a pixie cut for the first time in her life. She was nervous about the whole thing, but Jennifer took such great care of her! Jennifer took her time, explained her process, gave ideas for different looks and overall just put us at ease. She was absolutely wonderful. I don’t usually hug a stylist at the end of a cut, but we both gave her multiple hugs when we saw the end result. Fantastic!

I went for highlight and was very pleased with the coloring. My stylist was very patient and asked a lot of question about the color. She also consulted with her adviser to make sure she had the right tone. It was a long apt. but I have a lot of hair.
The only thing is I wish I knew how much this was going to cost. I was not given any pricing menu and could not find one on line.

Went here based on Unilocal reviews and am so glad I did. Not only was I able to get a weekday appointment quickly, but Oki the stylist was so attentive and listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. Haircut was beautiful and reasonably priced ($ 38) and she even touched up my eye make-​up beautifully as a bonus (which you can also pay for eye ($ 25) and full make up services ($ 35) there and I definitely will take advantage of that for next special event. I’m going back for color services and cut after such a positive and relaxing experience!
