I went to the salon on Sunday at 4pm, there were 3 stylists there. I was told they were booked solid and that I would have to make an appointment. I made an appointment for Monday at 5:30pm and was told that there was no other appointments and no issues. As I was leaving the mail at 5pm, I saw that there were no stylists or customers except one stylist playing on his phone at the front desk. When I asked they said that there appointments cancelled, yet they couldn’t call to ask me to come back. Then on Monday at 1:45pm I get a call from Max telling me they are completely booked up and double booked my appointment. Yet yesterday there was no one on the schedule except for the closing stylist. I could either come at 4:30 (which is not an option) or I would have to reschedule for another day. Was then told unless I could again be there at 4:30 it wouldn’t be tomorrow either.
Absolutely NO Customer Service skills and obviously don’t want the business!!! I don’t appreciate being lied to!!! Don’t go unless you make an appointment for weeks in advanced!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Came in on a Sunday afternoon, one customer in a chair and two people working. I’m told it will be five hours till they can get to me. I ask the guy with blue hair why he can’t take me now and he tells me his arm is partially dislocated and il thinking why are you here then. My haircut takes five minutes, zero blade and take all the hair off my head. Total crap service go some place else.

Love going to my hair trimmed every couple of mos by Carol Ann. Professional, advises what I should or shouldn’t do with my hair, doesn’t push products on me if I truly do not need it. Never rushes like some other salons, they try to cut your hair as fast as they can, without listening to what you want. I’ve been going to her for a yr and a half and will continue.

Carol Ann is one of the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She took special care to be sure we were on the same page as far as what I was looking for. I have spent a lot of money on haircuts but now that I am not working have had to resort to lower priced cuts and thank goodness I found Carol.

Had a guy with a long pony tail do my hair. (Can’t think of his name now). Nice guy, a little on the introverted side. I dunno, I just didn’t feel this haircut. I consider a good stylist someone who automatically trims my sideburns without even asking. This stylist didn’t. When I had to call him on this, he did it, but not near clean looking like other stylists, say at Sports Clips, have done. Also, my right side burn was definitely very uneven. Probably wont be back again. (It’s also in the mall though which is a little out of my way anyway).

First time here, got a trim. Hair cut turned out good. Hair stylist very nice. I will return to her.

Turnover is crazy. I now frequent the Floyd’s Barbershops because they take care of their peeps and you can actually hang with a stylist instead of playing the guessing game once a month!
