Worst customer service. No parts in stock. Requires full pre-pay before they would order the parts. Their Saturday hours are 12 – 2. I showed up at 12:15. The guy that was there never looked up from what he was doing and just said he couldn’t help me. Apparently the phone guy was out and would be back any minute. 20 minutes later(over 30 minutes into their 2 hour day), a man walked in the door, walked past where I was sitting, and went behind the counter to eat the food he apparently was out getting instead of being at work at the posted time. By 12:45, a couple walked in and up to the counter. A few minutes passed by and the phone guy finally reappeared. I stood in line behind the couple and after they left he looked at me and said«I didn’t know you were waiting for me.» I wanted to say«Nope, just sitting here on a Saturday afternoon making eye contact with you as you beelined behind the counter to eat your lunch.» At this point, it was 12:45(they were suppose to open at 12). I told him I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone 6. He disappeared behind the counter(again). When he returned, he said he didn’t have any and would need to order one and of course I would need to pre-pay the $ 139 fee(!!!). I walked out and found a place that keeps pats in stock and will do it for $ 100.

I can’t comment on if they do good work but can say. They don’t answer the phone well or call you back in a timely manner if you leave a message. Then I went to the store and was greeted with impersonal service and bad excuses for not getting a call back and quoted a higher price than other places. I wouldn’t recommend them because I won’t use them.

I have taken two iPhone 5’s to have repaired. One had the on/off button that needed repair, the other was a battery. Both times the work was quick and excellent and had zero issues. I recommend this place.

No Way. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. After calling four times with no answer, I decided to stop by on my way home. The man was rude from the moment I stepped in the store and acted offended when I asked him if he offered a warranty on his service. He was combative and demanded that I pay him BEFORE he fix my phone. Obviously, he has had plenty of unhappy customers. I walked out the door, he seemed to expect it, and took my business to a1cellphone repair in Georgetown, Texas. I’m happy with their work and recommend them.

I took my iphone 5 in for a new battery at around 11 am– less than 5 minutes is was changed — with a 80% charge — by 4 pm totally discharged and would not take a charge Got home and took it in to have another battery installed — was told the one installed yesterday was the wrong battery ! not happy! not happy!

Had to prepay for my iPhone screen. Was supposed to come from a local vendor but they were backordered and they had to order from another vendor. He led me to believe it would be there the following day. Meanwhile, a week went by. Finally heard that the owner had been sick but to come in for my repair as the part was now available. The repair left my Touch ID not working and I had to bring it back for him to fix, He did fix it and was not rude but slightly curt with me when I picked it up. I don’t think I would recommend this place.

Paid 89.00. Up front before part was ordered then brought back next day as instructed only to find out that“they” sent the wrong part. Came back the next day after that to find a «out to lunch sign be back in 30 min». With other angry customers. Left figuring, everyone’s got to eat. Came back next day, still no body at the store. Left numerous messages with no response. I still have a broken phone & this store has my money, which I’m sure I’ll never see again. This kind of practice should be illegal.

I went to this place in May to replace the cracked screen on my LG Phone. The price was $ 79. Within a month the screen had fallen off and I had to superglue it back on. Another month later, the screen cracked again. Poor quality, high price to pay.

I almost didn’t come here because of the one-star reviews, but this place is really close to my house and the other repair shops are 10+ miles away. I’m glad I came despite what I read. They repaired my wife’s iPhone 3GS screen in less than 20 mins, and it’s perfect now. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Not sure why the reviews were so unfavorable but my experience couldn’t have been more opposite.

The guy took 4 days just to log into my phone. Didn’t work on it until I called him each day, otherwise didn’t get anywhere. When he finally bypassed my password, he told me the phone was fixed, even though he never even looked into the actual problem(my web app didn’t work). When I picked up the phone, he hadn’t even tried it, and sure enough, it still didn’t work. He told me to call Blackberry support to fix it, but still had the nerve to tell me I owed him $ 40. When I asked, «Why? What did you fix?» he got annoyed. I ended up not paying, but went away with a phone that wasn’t fixed after having spent a week at this guy’s shop. Overall he was rude, as well. Definitely don’t recommend unless you want to get ripped off and treated poorly.

They never answer the phone and when I went there the place was empty.
