Yes the lady I dealt with was rude & did not show salesmanship at all. I hope she is not the owner! I called on Thursday and a male said they would be able to help with a small problem on my Lexmark printer. Planned to visit on Friday. It was 30 miles from my home. I had a very tough time locating the shop; it is on a very busy road. When I went in I was met by an individual that did not smile, was not helpful & plain rude. She expected me to drop off the printer and incur a $ 50 – 65.00 fee. I am more than ready to buy a new machine for that price. I told the woman the man spoke to yesterday said he could look at it quickly. She said you have to drop it off. I repeated my needs again. She gave me a cold stare and said same line of drop off Thanks for wasting my time. This is a great example of how not to run a business. Thank heavens I left.

First, the hours on the website are incorrect. I made a trip out on a Saturday and no one was there. These guys are«ok» but John can sound indifferent on the phone and a little condescending. We decided not to pursue the repair as the quote we were provided was different from the actual repair cost(it wasn’t John who provided the repair estimate so John said he must have gotten in wrong.) I asked to pickup the TV on Tuesday, John said it was in pieces and would be ready on Wednesday. So I called Thursday just to make sure someone was in the office before I drove out there and John said he wasn’t at the office and it was in pieces, he would need a day to put it together. I reminded him that he’d told me 2 days prior that it would be ready and he said«Well it might be ready but I am not there». He asked for another hour. We work full-time and they are open only during our work hours, that’s why we try to go at lunch time. They also had the highest diagnostic fee out of anyone I called, but they were the only one in Cedar Park so we went with them. I wouldn’t say it was a horrible experience but I have had better and will not go back.

Firstly the manager is very rude. I had my microwave repaired with the door latch problem but they fail to notice that the lamp or the bulb is not switching on when i use the microwave. before i dropped in my microwave i noticed that the bulb is working. the manager was not kind enough to accept it was their mistake and asked me to bring it again. whether the bulb was working before i dropped in the microwave or not, at least they should have noticed while repairing the microwave. The manager said she cannot talk on behalf of the technician. Never ever go to them.
