After nearly 3 months of issues with the repair we had done here, I went in recently with my mind set on a final resolution of some sort. This visit left me with a much better feeling. Stanley, who works nearby but is friends with the owner of MiColor, talked to me about the problems I’d been having. He asked for another opportunity to take a look at the iPad. While we talked, Veronica took care of some other issues. When I returned later, Stanley told me about the problem he found and why we kept having the same issues with the home button slipping. He was able to fix it for me and now after a week and half, I am glad to say that the problem has not come up again. I am very appreciative of the help I got from Stanley and Veronica. It was a good thing they were there to answer for many of the other issues I had.
