I was very disappointed on our recent visit. We sat in the bar area, and waited about 15 minutes to have a manager finally stop by and take our drink orders. Our waiter came by after and apologized for the wait, saying they just got very busy. However, our service did not improve, even after we were one of the few tables still left in the bar area. He forgot to pick up my drink that was waiting at the bar for awhile(I saw it made and sitting on the other side of the bar for almost 10 minutes). It even took a long time to just get coffee. The food was really good, but the service was awful. Not sure I would come back with all the other options for similar style food in the area.

Well we have been coming to this Chili’s for over a year now and have seen great changes. Today we went and had dinner and Brandy was our server and was great with my girls! She made it a great experience and will be returning soon. Mangers were checking quality of food and service continues to improve. Good job guys!

04/03/2016 My wife and I went to chilies about 6pm for dinner. The restaurant was not very busy and were seated immediately. Our server, a young man was polite and attentive. We ordered an appetizer and our drinks which came out fairly quickly and was enjoyable. Once our steaks came out though they were both very over done. We informed our server who stated he would notify the manager. We finished our food and waited well after, all in all about 30 minutes. Finally we just paid and left. Not the worst experiance but fortunately we live in an area where we don’t have to eat food cooked however the chef decides to make it, instead of how we ordered. Lots of other places to take our patronage.

First of all I should have paid attention to the star rating on Unilocal before ordering. I honestly thought that I had been to plenty of Chilis and had decent food so what’s the harm??? Well, I got fried pickles– you could say I ordered grease with a side of pickles. They were beyond gross. Then I got some guacamole and half of it was dark brown– I thought they supposedly made this fresh. The moral of the story– Chilis doesn’t care– mass produce– make as much money as possible– lesson learned.

This has become our go-to Chili’s. Armando and Brandon(both servers) are AWESOME! So friendly and nice to chat with. Armando knows our drink order and our appetizer order by heart now and has it at the table in no time! Brandon is fun to chat with and seems to really enjoy his job. Definitely going back to this location!

Love Chilis but not this location been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for a YEAR. Went in for lunch yesterday got up from the table and walked out before our drinks were even served. Ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer server proceeded to tell me they had no salsa. An appetizer served all day and at 11:15am they are out none ready? it would be 15 to 20 minutes before it would be ready. She was rude combative verbally if she could she would have kicked us out herself so she would not have to deal with a customer. Yes it was that bad. I have never walked out of Chilis ever, but I knew service would be horrid if we stayed. Went to Logans and had the BEST service and was so happy that we decided to walk out of Chilis. I will never, ever be back to this location.

I went in for a meal to go. I haven’t been to Chili’s in years. Someone took my order immediately, and when I ordered the steak and fries without season salt or garlic butter, the girl asked if I wanted the seasoning left off the broccoli too; I was impressed she thought of that, although I did still end up with garlic bread, which was kind of funny, but not a big deal(I didn’t know it came with it or I would have just left it off). When I opened up the container I thought they were pretty skimpy on fries, but I just really like fries. As it turned out, I had more than enough food, and it was delicious! The fries were a little tough, but the steak was amazing! And the broccoli was very good too. But seriously, the steak was so good! Plus it was cooked exactly as I ordered it(everything in the order was accurate). The estimate I was given when I ordered was 10 – 15 minutes. It was closer to 15 – 20 minutes, but I consider that relatively reasonable for ordering steak. The employees were all very friendly and when there was an issue scanning the gift card that required it being run at another register, I had two employees check to make sure I had been helped. My only complaint was that the restaurant was pretty loud because of the music, not so much the people, but that’s to be expected in this kind of restaurant, and is part of why I got it to go.

We’d been driving all evening and stopped here for dinner with grandparents. Waiter didn’t come around much, and after placing order– it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. Really?!? They weren’t slammed, but there were several tables there, all turned over before we got our food. I had a chicken sandwich which I split with my son, my husband had a quesadilla and our grandparents had 2 salads. I just was not impressed with the service or ticket times at all. I can’t comment on food quality because my 2 year old son had a total meltdown after being there an hour. I don’t blame him. I had to go outside for 15 minutes before I even had a bite. The food was cold when I came back in, but that part is not the kitchens fault. Why did it take so long?!? I’d understand if you guys were slammed, and I’d be more understanding if the waiter had stopped by to at least address it earlier than he did. I realize more goes on behind the scenes than we know, but this just wasn’t a good experience. My grandfather was given some coupons of some sort, I think. I was already outside tending to our screaming kid. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and go with 2 stars over one, but it was a rough visit lacking in good qualities. Maybe next time will be better. I have faith. You can do it!

Chili’s, particularly this location, always seems to be a craps shoot. Even though it is Friday night, I thought a nice treat was in order. It was still a treat, but it was also a study in delayed gratification. At least I wasn’t wanting for conversation. A twenty minute wait for a booth later for our party of three wasn’t too outlandish for the time of night. Our server, Josh, was friendly. Poor guy, though. Between the kitchen running way behind and having so many tables, he was pulled in many directions. Again, it could have been put down to a busy Friday night. However, communication between the kitchen and the servers, and in turn the servers and the patrons, was deplorable. Food was lukewarm and served after an obnoxiously long wait. They had actually run out of the soup I ordered but didn’t let us know until after the entrée had been delivered. Our server was as attentive as possible, all things considered. Our drinks were never empty. We had been in the booth almost forty minutes before getting an appetizer of skillet queso and chips despite ordering not five minutes after we sat down. Inquiries to our server about the endless enchilada special were misinformed and so I wasn’t able to enjoy the reason I chose Chili’s for our meal’s venue. I, and one of my companions, ordered the three taco meal. She chose the spicy shrimp, carnitas, and prime rib tacos. The shrimp one had an entirely inedible taste, according to her. The other two were enjoyed, despite not being freshly warm. Most of the food arrived lukewarm, though I do recommend the prime rib and carnitas tacos. The chicken taco I got as my third and was not impressed. When the soup I ordered arrived after my entrée, I was simply happy it was the proper temperature. Loaded potato soup is one of my favorites. This bowl was… Forgettable. Bland and very watery. The craft beer bbq ribs my other companion ordered was fairly good. Mashed potatoes are pretty impossible to get wrong, and were likewise edible. The Southwest style Mac and cheese he ordered as an additional side was all right. Not good, per se, but edible. The peppers added in didn’t add much flavor. Dessert, however, was a delight. Quickly delivered and a vaguely bacchanalian indulgence of needlessly decedent amounts of chocolate. One of my favorite items on Chili’s menu, if I’m being honest. I hope my next visit to this location is less disappointing.

I ordered the Cajun Pasta with Shrimp for pick up with other food. The food wasn’t ready even though we were told it would be online. We waited another 20 minutes when we got there for pickup. The Cajun pasta was dry and super spicy like I have never had before. The shrimp was not cooked, it was clear and spongey. This was in the middle of the afternoon and there was no crowd. The Lakeline location is so much better. I didn’t eat my food and I feel very ripped off. Shame on Chilis!

I’m giving this 1 star rating only based on the fact that the appetizer we received was really good. However, once again, I was fooled into thinking I could expect a good experience at Chili’s. On Friday, the 18th, my wife and I went to Chili’s to have dinner. It was National Cheeseburger Day, and after working 12 hours that day I felt a close, simple dinner was what I wanted. Chili’s has been known to be spotty, at best, and this evening was no difference. Once seated we waited a few minutes until the waiter came to the table, and immediately let us know it was his first night. Big mistake. If it was truly his first night, he shouldn’t be alone. If it was his first night without a mentor, he wasn’t ready. After placing our order the appetizer came out a little bit later and tasted great. Sadly the waiter didn’t come over until we had finished eating it to see if we even wanted to place an order for entrees. So we finally placed the order. When it arrived(by another waiter, not ours), I was certainly ready to eat. I took a couple of bites to realize my burger(ordered medium) was still cool in the middle and as pink as a collar popped Izod shirt in Beverly Hills. A few minutes later, possibly 5 or 6, the waiter came by. I expressed my issue and asked him to have it made again. He said that since I asked for it medium do I want to change it to medium well. No! I asked for medium and that is what I wanted. 35 minutes later I got up from the table and attempted to chase down a manager. I managed to find the hostess and asked to have the manager come by my table. A few moments later she arrived. I went through my issues with her and she apologized and said things were just hectic. Though I was hungry, I didn’t want to wait for another burger and just wanted the bill. After she walked away the waiter actually had the nerve to walk up and say he isn’t sure why the kitchen was taking so long. I know why; he never put in the replacement order and surely didn’t check back with them. The manager comes back by with the check and ensures me she removed the burger and gives me $ 15 worth of coupons and hopes I’ll come back. This is the third time this has happened at this location. If I come back it is to take over the training of the entire staff and make them understand customer service.

My husband loves coming here. He is the eternal optimist when it comes to this place. I thought this place was better then Applebee’s at one point and now I’m not sure why. This location specifically sucks I have been to others that were all right but this place takes the all around terrible experience award. The food has been burnt the last 5 times I have been here. The wait staff always seems to notice but not care. I just got yet another role of dirty silverware. The«temporary» waiter had to send the new waitresses back to the table to get my sons side order because he didn’t write down our order as he took it and she somehow heard that we needed more drinks so we had double drinks and not enough food… No more thank you… Not for all the gold in Egypt.

We’ve been here several times and it wasn’t busy. Tonight it was busy and service was slacking. We were not greeted until we sat at our table(20 mins later). The greeter merely pointed at us, we gave a name and number of people, and was then handed a buzzer. The dude didn’t say a word. That was strange. Now we’ve been sitting at our table 30 mins with no appetizers or food… unacceptable. The waiter has told us he’s checking on our order 3 times. Ready to leave.

Chili’s and I go way back to my former life when I was a waitress at one in Dallas. I would come home saturated in all the smells from the kitchen and it took me YEARS to even entertain the idea of eating at one again. I used to go in high school all the time with my friends for burgers, chili queso, and the molten chocolate cake. Ah, the days when I ate everything and felt guilt for nothing. Tonight we had a $ 25 brinker gift card and considering the nearest On the Border is in Waco and hubs was over Italian, we thought why not? They have totally changed their menu since the last time I went. They offer Lighter Choices now and have computers at each table so that you can pay your check without having to flag down a server. I have to admit that is a pretty cool feature; I hope to start seeing it soon in more restaurants. The service was friendly and we had no wait for a table, but the food is nothing I would ever go back and spend my own money for. We ordered the 2 for $ 20 dinner that comes with one shared appetizer and two entrees. We got the spiced panko crusted onion rings to start which come with ranch and are okay. Wayyyy too over seasoned though. My husband got fajitas and I got a chile mango chicken dish off their lighter menu. He didn’t touch his tortillas and his chicken was rubbery and lacking flavor. My chicken was covered in a thick sauce that I didn’t care for at all. The top was supposed to have an avocado mango salsa but there was only a half slice of avocado on the whole plate. Thankfully my husband doesn’t care for avocados so he gave me the guacamole that came with his fajitas. I put that over my chicken and it still wasn’t good, but at least more edible. The rice tasted like it had lime and cilantro and was pretty good, but cold. The broccoli was steamed and straight up microwaved but I knew it would be. I should have known better than to expect decent low calorie eats from the king of chain greasy food restaurants. Sorry chili’s, it will be many more years until/if we meet again.

If you want to dine in a sub par chain restaurant, look no further. I’ve long regarded Chili’s to be better than Applebee’s, but not anymore. They have a cool little wireless thing at the tables to swipe your card. That’s literally the only good thing I can say about this location. The food was meh. In a nutshell; this location sucks. I was seated shortly before happy hour was about to end, and the waiter told me I had to go to the bar to order a drink. U WOTM8. I thought taking drink orders was one of the things wait staff was supposed to do.
