Marco’s Pizza

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and 2 large salads. When my order arrived the pizza was Lukewarm and wasn’t the right crust. When I went to get the salads there was no dressing I paid extra for. When I opened my salad the spinach they put in my salad was so wilted slimy and nasty that I picked out every single piece out of my salad and took a picture of it! I called about the dressing and was told the delivery driver forgot and would be right there. Well 25 min later no driver no dressing. I called and spoke to the manager and was told he could bring me another salad. Ummmm no! This place is nasty. Terrible delivery terrible customer service and nasty food! Never again will I eat here you could not pay me to eat here!

Love the pizza, we literally order once a week from them, and its right around the corner from our apartment. What is also neat is they do a special for our apartment complex on Mondays. Which is always nice. The only thing we have trouble with is getting ranch and peppers, and not only that one of the drivers brought us the wrong pizza and told us to keep it. It was not even close to what we ordered. Every time I place my order I ask for ranch. Never get it. Ask again, never get it. So that’s why I give 4 stars out of 5.

This is the best party pizza in Cedar Park — the meat-​lovers is solid meat, the pepperoni is the right kind of greasy, Good crust, and prompt delivery. Beyond the food, this store also does a lot of good in our Lakeline-​area community. They recently donated 50 (yep fifty) pizzas for our big elementary school dinner party. They are always making contributions and chipping in for local charities and fundraising. So yes — earlier this week we had a last-​minute gathering of neighbor kids at our house, the choice was obvious. We do not get fancy — one meat, one pepperoni, and two cheese — but for basic pizza feeding this is the solid choice. Check your mailbox fliers for coupons — they coupon a lot.

I just need to update. I got a meat lovers and it was great.
The nice guys delivering are very quick and always are ready with parm and peppers.

Just had some Marcos pizza at Reed elementary PTA meeting. The pizza tasted great. Here is the kicker, they donated 40+ pizzas for this function. That’s crazy and very nice. You guys get five stars for that.

So it’s a busy Friday night and I understand coming in as a «walk in» and ordering one pepperoni pizza was just the tip of the ice berg for the workers there. But seriously if you forgot to put in my order the LEAST you could do is explain to me that there will be a delay. And speaking only amongst your staff about how you don’t see my name after mind you, I’ve already paid was further frustrating. And then to top things off I open the box to chow down on what’s expected to be a delicious pizza and you leave out the sauce… which makes or breaks a pizza. I mean come on. Maybe it was the wrong day. Time. Year or hell even century but on the meter of 1 – 10 this service ranked at a lukewarm 3. Sorry not sorry. Work on customer service… communication is key.

Marco’s has always sent discount flyers and mail advertisements to my home so I was not unfamiliar with their name. Using an online discount code, I hesitantly called in a order on ‘hangover day’ because with the exception of one other Texas establishment I am not a huge fan of Austin pizza. I just had to post on Marco’s Unilocal Site that their pizza is amazing!
After ordering a large for delivery and devouring it without so much as one picture snap the next week we even placed another order it was so good. Our first order was the baked extra crispy pepperoni which their online ordering platform gives you so many options (crust thickness, how much it’s cooked, light or heavy on any ingredients, etc). We then ordered a half pepperoni (now our favorite) and half Hawaiian which was still very delicious.
Marco’s is now our go-​to pizza in Cedar Park!

I’ve been ordering pizza from Marcos for at least 4 years now, and almost every time is great! This is probably my favorite pizza place to order from! I will continue to do business with them. Great pizza guys!

Love that they offer thin crust. Normal crust is not my thing. Only way to eat pizza is thin crust!
Large Pepperoni Magnifico — Thin crust. 2 types of pepperoni — Regular AND Old World (smaller crispy pepperoni that curl up and holds the grease) with 3 crust toppers (Parm, Garlic, Roma). $ 11 (after coupon code) for HEAVENLY PIZZA! Split with a friend or eat yourself for 3 meals. Day old pizza is an art form. This holds up well after microwave. You can also get a large 2 topping pizza for $ 10 (w coupons). That’s a great deal to me.
Step above Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa Jones. Place is small although there is some seating. Do take out or delivery. Always been pretty quick but I lived a few blocks down.

Excellent pizza, Mr. Marco, congratulations, man. I’m from Ohio. If you get the thin crust with pepperoni (old World style) here, it’s just like back in OH. Awesome. My kids loved it, too.
High quality ingredients, good presentation, a step above other chains like Dominos and Papa Johns, both of whom I try to avoid.

My kids love Marco’s pizza. It is basically the only pizza they will eat. My daughter wants pepperoni pizza, with the pepperoni taken off. No, she does not want cheese pizza. Apparently there is a huge difference.
Anyway, it is always ready fast, the sauce has a little bit of a kick, and they do a double-​pepperoni with two types of pepperoni that’s awesome, but wears you out on pepperoni pretty fast.
Haven’t had a bad pizza from them yet. There’s a couple tables and a counter you can eat on in the restaurant, but it’s not really made for dine-​in. Anyone else miss Pizza Inn?

Marco’s is my family’s go to dinner place. They are always fresh, hot, and very good! The food is always cooked perfectly with a good amount of toppings. The service is always friendly and polite. They will continue to have my business.

I’ve received delivery from here a couple times now and I am a happy customer. My obsession is with thin crust style crust and I was only ordering that until one time they said they were out of it. It was a Tuesday night so that kind of threw me off but I went ahead and ordered their normal crust due to the sad, hungry look in my S.O. eyes.
I am happy to say I was not disappointed, which is saying a lot because I am not a fan of pizza dough usually. My SO who is a fan dug right in and got quite the pizza baby-​bump. Meats and veggies are always tasty and perfectly cooked and they always deliver quickly.
Although, I can’t say much for the employees as I have neither had a bad or good experience getting delivery. I can say the pizza is better than most in the area!

Every time I walk into Marcos I am welcomed by such a friendly atmosphere. The service was prompt and when I got my food it was piping hot. I was made aware that they make the dough fresh there every day and you can tell by how delicious it is. I absolutely love this pizza place.

Thanks Marcos for helping out a non-​profit organization! You graciously provided a discount on Pizzas for about 50 HS boys. Pizza went quickly! Delivery driver was right on time and very helpful. You are now my go-​to and really appreciate your support of the community. Many of your competitors not so much.

Bummer! Just got my order and the pizza is cold, and salad soggy and veggies not fresh. Not happy ;(took an hour and $ 31.00 for not fresh or good food. Hopefully Marcos sees this and fixes it! Tried calling the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Can’t resolve it if the customer service is bad.

Ordered a pizza and I was told it would be there in 30 min. After 50 min I called to see if something happened the guy on the phone said let me check and call you back. After 15 min I called him back he then told me the driver was in sn accident and it would be another hour. I understand stuff happens but let your customers know!

Since moving to Cedar Park, we have ordered from Marco’s several times. Every time has been excellent. I recommend the thin crust cut into squares. Ordering online is super easy and my order has always been correct.

Since we moved to Cedar Park, my husband and I have searched for a good pizza delivery and I have to say that we have tried several; however, we always go back to Marco’s. They are the best, pizza is hot and made just as ordered. They are awesome, Thank you, Marco’s Pizza, great service! The Pool’s

First timer. Didn’t know about the flavored crust… and they didn’t tell me… LOL
Not bad ‘za… but admittedly I didn’t get my favorite (thin crust with extra sauce) so I will try it again… stay tooned
