I’d rather not give any stars to this location, but I must write a review. We made an over the phone order, the guy repeated it back twice. But once we got there it was all wrong. My fiancé walked in to pick up our food, but much to his surprise it was not pepperoni lovers, way too much sauce, and not the right crust. Of course he says my fiancé could either buy the one they made, or we would have to wait for them to get make a new one. This was a huge inconvenience.

A coworker and I decided to split a large $ 10 pizza. Due to a crazy work day the only time that would work for us to eat was 11:00. I called this place around 10:00 not expecting anyone to answer the phone. A lady named Melissa answered and I asked if I could have a pizza ready for pick up at 10:45 a.m. She told me they didn’t open until 11 but then asked how many pizzas I needed. I told her just one and she then said, «Oh, that’s no problem I can have that ready for you.» I arrived at 10:45 sharp and was told they were just taking my pizza out of the oven, would cut it up and I’d be ready to go. They did and I was. I really am impressed with Melissa’s understanding of creating a positive customer experience. Yes, the«rules» may have said they don’t open until 11, but she recognized that here was someone calling who wanted to do business with them. She went out of her way to make sure I spent my money with them and not any other business. The pizza was hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you Melissa; I’ll be back!

This place is pretty awful. Every time we have ordered carry out they have been way behind on their promised time. Also, I called to place an order at 1:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and was on hold for 5 minutes before I decided to call Dominos instead. Only plus, the white sauce on their pizza is fantastic. But looks like I won’t be eating it, because this place won’t see a single cent from me again.

This place has the worst service and employees who do not know how to run a business. I called in a pick up pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and paid for my order and the girl said I will be back with your pizza. She walked in the back and never returned. 10 minutes later a different girl came and asked if I had been helped and I said yes but she hasn’t been back with my pizza yet. She asked my name and went to check and said it wasn’t ready. I waited another 10 minutes and the girl asked my name again and checked and it still wasn’t ready. I told her I phone ordered the pizza 40 minutes ago and they said 15 minutes on the phone. She said it’s almost ready. After waiting 10 more minutes I asked if it was ready yet and the original girl came out asked my name again and went back and returned 5 minutes later and said here is you pizza. No sorry you waited almost 40 minutes but here is your pizza. On the way home my son opened the box and it was cold! It sat in the back on a table not in the warmer! I called them and they said come back and we will give you a free Coke. What a joke. I will never order from this place again. This is the second time they screwed things up and the place is nasty inside.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with this Pizza Hut, and after this incident it will be our last. Ordered a pizza online only to get an email telling me it will be a 90 minute wait. I called back to confirm this was correct and spoke to a nice you lady who explained that it was«because of thier catering jobs» and the«football games going on». I tried to understand ended the call, after thinking about it for a minute I called back to cancel the order. A young man answered the phone then preceeded to tell me he couldn’t locate my order and that it was already probably cancelled. Huh? He couldn’t confirm this so I asked to speak to a manager, I could hear thier conversation in the background then the«manager», took the phone and said«please hold» and never returned. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I called back and got another«manager», who found my order, which hadn’t been cancelled, and cancelled it. As I stated previously, I tried to give this place another opportunity, but it was the same disappointment. I turned around called another pizza place across the street from this location and ordered from them, and got the pizza in 30 minutes for the family.

My regular Pizza Hut closed due to lack of business. Since I only wanted take out, this was the second closest PH near my house. There is no eat in option. They have a wooden bench to sit while waiting for your takeout pizza. It is clean and the counter persons I have dealt with have been courteous and friendly. I am not going to discuss the pizza as everyone at one time or another has eaten Pizza Hut. Not the best but certainly not the worst. They are reasonably priced and you know what you are going to get in quality.

I typically don’t review chain restaurants, but I decided to do it for this one because I’m hoping some change will come from it. I learned of the new Pizza Hut new recipes that were announced recently and wanted to try out the Cherry Pepper Bombshell. I probably haven’t eaten PH in about 8 years, so here I was giving them a chance. I wasn’t crazy about spinach being on the pizza so removed that when customizing, but I left everything else the same. When the pizza order arrived, it had sriracha drizzle on it(it should come with balsamic instead). I thought they might have been confused because I ordered honey sriracha breadsticks with the pizza. I still liked the pizza, but my husband said the sriracha drizzle didn’t mesh with the pizza well. A few weeks later I decided to try the pizza again. Again, no spinach but this time I asked for extra Peruvian cherry peppers because they were so good. Still didn’t change the drizzle option. This time when it arrived, it had no extra Peruvian cherry peppers and NO drizzle. I really just want to try this pizza and they can’t seem to get it right. I’m hoping the manager will see this and they will get on top of this. I do want to say that the pizza was still really good and I’m not looking for a refund or free anything — I just want to try the pizza as it was intended(minus spinach)(don’t tell my mom I’m not eating my greens). This really should be a solid 3.5 review — the delivery drivers always arrive on time and are great!

Wow not the place to go. Stood at their counter for 10min and was ready to leave then I hear someone yelling that there was a customer waiting. So I thought«ok finally some service, maybe they were working hard cleaning or cooking.», two minutes after that I hear a girl saying, «ew that is sooo gross, I can’t believe you» coming from the kitchen. At that moment I walked away. I don’t know what was so gross in the kitchen but I didn’t want to find out. Guess ill just go to HEB get their prepped pizza add a little extra and cook it at home. Nothing gross at my place. :)

I really love the pizza here, but lately the delivery people have started doing something that kind of bugs me. Every time with out fail when I pay the delivery person he’ll ask«do you want your change?» I would understand if I gave a twenty on an $ 18 bill but I’ve given a $ 50 on a $ 15 bill and had them ask that, did he really think I was going to tip $ 35? I don’t know why that bothers me but it does, and it usually makes me tip a lot less than I normally would have if they wouldn’t have asked.

HORRIBLEANDWASTEOFMONEY! I had their«Tuscani Tuesday» Chicken Alfredo pasta with bread sticks for only $ 6.5. Wow that sounds too good to be true! Well it IS. It was too oily, and made me sick for a few hours. I only ate like half of it, and had half of a breads tick. Not worth it in my opinion. Should’ve went to Subway next door.

3 stars is the most I could ever give one of the national pizza chains, so this is a positive review. The location on Cypress Creek has been the most consistent location I have ever lived near. I’m also becoming a fan of their«Wing Street Wings». The wings from P-hut used to be awful so any change would have been an improvement, but they now have crispy, traditional and boneless and their hottest sauce is basic but good and the spicy asian are nice even though they are more sweet than spicy.

The pizza is always fair to midland. But I had a bad experience the other day. I have been ordering from them delivery & pickup for six years straight. Very seldom using other pizza places. I forgot my wallet, but had a check and other credentials. They would not let me use a check, and the Manager would not come out and talk to me about it. I simply wanted them to verify my purchase history and make an exception based on my repeated orders for six years. Very frustrating.

A comedian friend of mine does a whole monologue about how primitive man had to make a weapon, run for miles thru the jungle, and kill an animal 10 times his size just to «grab a bite». While we can’t even mosey into the kitchen, slice up some cheese(it’s pre-sliced), and make a sammich. We have to call for someone to deliver our food to our house, preferably to our couch, and even feed it to us, thankyouverymuch. Bengt tells it a lot better than me. Sooo, last nite, hubby was sick and I was tired from work and we ordered Pizza Hut. Sad thing is, I have a friend from New York who invited us over for homemade pizza. I mean, he makes and rolls his own dough, and makes his own sauce. Hell, he may even stuff his own sausage(ha! bet he does). But as I said, we were sick and tired. I texted him and told him we were ordering Pizza Hut instead and he said(quote) «LOL, I just threw up». I called him a pizza snob. I am no pizza snob but lately have been gettin what I like to call boutique pizza. But hubby and I were intrigued by PH’s «natural» pizza that they’ve been advertising. «Natural»??? So what have we been eating up til now? Fabricated? Anyhoo, we got the whole grain crust and tried some of their new toppings. And I have to admit, I was actually impressed! They have a new«sliced all natural rustica sausage» that was tasty and we also got roasted red peppers and marinated tomatoes. Lemme just say, I barely tolerate tomatoes but these guys, marinated in some kinda vinaigrette, could become very good friends of mine. The whole grain crust was meh. But, you know, I wasn’t crazy about whole grain pasta and brown rice when I first forced myself to switch to them and now I love em. So, all in all, I’m not ashamed(shocked a little) to love Pizza Hut again(don’t hate, Rocky!). I mean, if primitive man had a chest cold, he’d want his mammoth delivered to his cave, right? And if it was served with those marinated maters, he would never want to hunt again!
