Papa John’s Pizza

A 40% off coupon means your pizza is only going to be 60% cooked. My wife and I were two bites into our medium Meats pizza when we discovered it was doughy under the toppings. We could pull it apart and knead little balls of dough in our hands.
Naturally we called the location and spoke to the manager. His solution was, «I’ll void it.» So while we’re told we were getting our money back we don’t have dinner anymore. There was no offer to make it right. No offer to replace an inferior product. Not even an apology. This is the difference between fixing a customer’s problem and making it right with a customer.
Dial the clock back 6 months ago and this same location was an hour late delivering a pizza my wife had ordered online 4 hours ahead of time. The young lady that answered the phone was less than sympathetic that we had waited so long. Her solution was to wait; the delivery guy will be there soon. Really? It’s a 5 minute drive from our house to this location.
Our experience at this location is a late delivery, a bad pizza, and a manager that doesn’t care about customer experience. There are other options in Leander — Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Jets, Papa Murphy, and Marco’s. Try those first.

Adam and his crew are simply the best. Had an amazing experience with real people worried about the customer experience. Amazing. Good job Papa John’s.

I don’t care what anyone else writes about this place. I have been consistently impressed with the level of service. This staff is friendly, attentive, fast and always exceeds my expectations without looking like they’re even trying. I’m so glad I live near this location. If they can continue to provide this level of service, I’ll continue to be a loyal customer… forever.

I did not give much thought as to what went into a pizza franchise until we started to pick up our pizzas from this Papa John’s location (on N Bell in Cedar Park.) I’m not sure how long this location has been under this management but our experiences there have been so great I decided to write an online review. We live too far for delivery so we stop in for carry out. We have purchased 8 to 10 pizzas from this location since moving out this way. The management is super friendly, professional and helpful if any mistakes are made when taking orders (we always have a special order for a child with a specific food allergy.) This franchise also hires friendly and hard working people there as well. If you get the chance, stop by for carry out and meet the staff at this franchise. We have become loyal customers because the product is terrific and we enjoy the experience of ordering our pizzas from this location as well!

Stingy with icing and burns pizzas when you never said to do so. Where is the quality papa johns!!! Where is this owner and why does he not care his store has horrible reviews and 1 and a half stars. Going to different location from here on out.

Ordered online from this Papa Johns. 2 medium pizzas, 3 toppings each, cheesy garlic bread with bacon, 4 garlic sauces.
Pizza arrived within the time limits specified. Pizzas were hot, and order was correct and complete. No issues whatsoever.
My family loves Papa Johns and I won’t hesitate to order from them. I’ve been placing orders from this location on and off for 3 years and I’ve never had any issue with anything. Food is always hot, arrives in a timely manner, and payment is always correct.

Ordered here 2 days ago… now on my second day of stomach virus… UGH
NEVER AGAIN…

Worst location I’ve ever ordered from. The delivery service has really gone down hill in the last few months. Tonight took the cake, not ordering from here any more. Order was wrong, estimated delivery time was 30 – 40 minutes. It arrived after about 80 minutes and was cold and soggy in addition to being wrong. Done with this location.
