Papa John’s Pizza

Hey thanks for not delivering my pizza. I called 45 mins after the original expected time of delivery to have the phone passed around to 3 different people who can find no record of the order or the mysterious phantasm who I placed it with. Just a bunch of «umms and oohs». No accountability. Guess I’ll order from Dominos like some savage.

Ordered a pizza with ranch dipping sauce. It took almost an hour and they forget the ranch… And said it would take 30 mins to get that here… Please do your job the first time. Now we will have to go get the ranch and the pizza will be cold. Thanks.

We order here all the time because we like the pizza. Tonight I ordered for carry out and ordered my pizza Chicago cut. Sadly, it was cut the regular way. I didn’t make a big fuss about it but Matt apologized and offered to make a new one on the spot. I watched him make the pizza and I swear I’ve NEVER seen a pizza made so fast! He even tossed the dough in the air! After he got the remake in the oven I was prepared to wait another 10 – 15 minutes…“oh no!” he said, «our ovens are some of the fastest in the industry.» He offered me a free 2 liter for my wait and my new pizza was done in 5 minutes. He even brought it all out to my car. In a day and age where «customer service» means nothing, especially in a pizza place, it’s nice to know good service still exists! FIVE STARS MATT!

I have not tried the delivery. It is very convenient since they have a drive through window. That Cheeseburger pizza they been advertising lately was one of the worst things that ever been in mouth. Stay away from that.

It had been over a year since I had given Papa John’s a try again. Unfortunately their operations remain the same.
I order a pizza online, was given a 30 – 40 mins delivery time. Over an hour later my pizza shows up-​luke warm!
NEVER AGAIN. I was hoping that they had improved; but no. IF you order from them I highly recommend pick up. Their delivery service is less than desirable!

We’ve been a customer of this store many times in the past, so this was very disappointing.
Our home is 10 minutes from the store location. An hour and 15 minutes after placing the order, I called the store to inquire about the order. They reported the driver had already left, and to call back if he wasn’t here in ten minutes. The order was delivered at 6:40 — an hour and 20 minutes after being confirmed.
The food was barely warm — and late. The quality of the product and level of service was substantially lower than we’ve had in the past. I’ll likely order from a different vender next time.

I love Papa John’s. That’s what makes this so hard to write. I’d like to say that «it’s not you, it’s me», but we both know it would be a lie. It’s you. It’s time for us to see other people. I have moved on. I will never forget your wonderful menu, or your amazing ingredients. I will always remember the great times we have had together. But we have grown apart. I know it is sad, but you must have known this was coming when you showed up at my door and hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered you. For love of your yummy goodness, I gave you three tries to get this right, yet you never managed to break the hour mark. The worst part, is that I paid your tip in advance all three times, so you have stolen from me as well. How you think that warrants you earning that tip, I will never know. It is time for me to go, but know that I will always love you. Good bye my sweet Papa John’s. Take care of yourself.
