The short of it: Outstanding customer service, excellent prices. Def a recommend. The long of it: I was in need of a superior range of vision when bicycling than my chic rectangular Ray Ban glasses were providing, and with Ice and Maverick flashing through my mind Top Gun style, realized Aviators provide fighter pilots with all-around sun coverage, so they would be ideal for biking. Hence, I purchased a pair of prescription-lensed Ray Ban Aviators from this location, and picked up a pair of cable temples direct from Ray Ban, the arms that wrap-around your ears. They, Pearle Vision folks, were awesome enough to install the arms for me, and were patient with me as I rifled through the various lens-tint options available to me, after some deliberation deciding upon yellow to complement the gold frames and to add a chill color hue to my reality when wearing the glasses. Totally stylish, now I just need to get my eyes used to the new prescription, always an odd experience. This location and the one on Brodie are both owned by the same gent who was great to deal with, so expect the same legit service at both locations. Check this spot for your glasses needs, solid and attentive service that goes the extra mile.

Visiting from out of town, glasses broke and Christina was just as nice and helpful as can be. Fixed them in less than 15 minutes and wouldn’t accept any money. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision and I am now a convert from that crafter lenses place. Can now drive back to Jacksonville, Fl safe and sound. Thank you Christina!!!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to see about getting the nose pads replaced on my glasses which they did at no cost to me. This was for glasses I bought over a year and a half ago. I’ve used places that only sell items yet won’t do the same or offer to replace a screw. Their customer service wins out every time!

I wanted glasses without any coating, they gave me lenses with a coating that peels off. When I went back, they said it came as a package for the price I paid. Haven you ever noticed that eyeglasses always cost exactly the same price no matter how much insurance or what good deals they are advertising??? Go somewhere else.

Good exam, but deceptive advertising. Pearle ad says buy 1 pair, get one free… but this does not apply if you’re using insurance.
