I bought a pair of $ 200 Revos at this store, and 3 years later the glue around the lenses started to fail and light was coming in between the frame and the lense. I went into the store and the girl at the register said that the glasses were not under warranty anymore, but I could send them into the manufacturer, and they may/may not fix them for free. I was disappointed, but asked for a copy of my receipt so I could mail it in with the glasses. As she was printing it out, the manager walked up and asked my what went wrong with the glasses. I explained my situation, and he went to the cabinet, polished up a brand new pair of the same glasses, and handed them to me. He asked me to try them on and see if they fit. I said they did, and he said«they’re yours, have a nice day.» And, as they say, that was that. I love nice sunglasses, and my new Revo’s are still going strong. When the time comes to get a new pair, there’s only one place I’ll go: The Sunglass Hut. This place does business the right way.
