The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The pizza eas really good. We had a meat lovers and a buffalo chicken. Both really good, lots of cheese and sauce. The beer selection was large and prices reasonable.

Found this little gem through groupon while our family was in town and I’m glad we did. The pizza was fantastic and even though they had a large after work crowd on a Friday night our service was good and the food incredibly fast! Only one waitress (who was also bartending) and the owner helping out where needed. All and all we would definitely go back to enjoy their homemade pizza again… so much better than some franchised pizza joint!

Nicer neighborhood bar with a reputation for great chicken and food. The day I stopped by last, they had authentic ‘like grandma used to make’ chicken and noodle soup with dumplings, made from scratch in the back. It was on special, and I ate the crap out of it.
Full bar with mostly domestics, I think they feature a few Iowa beers too. Overall price was pretty cheap, I had lunch and a few drinks for $ 15. Bartender was nice, service was attentive and familiar, and the space was almost cozy. Definitely worth lunch or dinner and drinks. Whenever Sarge is working on my car next door at Big Jim’s Auto I usually post up on a stool a Buliceks.

Nice little place to grab a bite to eat and have a beer.
The parking lot was nice and clean. Walking in to this place there are a few tables and plenty of room at the bar. The bar stools/​seats are old and some are badly torn. The bar top was clean and the all male staff, (during lunch), was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a wrap. It came out very fast and was better than I thought it would be.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Stop in here, have a beer and some food. You won’t be disappointed.

Quaint little place hidden here in Cedar Rapids. Had the Hawkeye Flamethrower burger and definitely had the kick it was promised! The side pickle we got looked like dehydrated sliver of green but overall I’d come back, service is nice!

Amazing burgers, pizza and broasted chicken! Our family is always scouting great food at reasonable prices. Bulicek’s is our new fav! Great service, locally owned. Love this place.

My son, a friend, and I came here for pizza a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time there ever. We got a large pizza: half chilidog and half supreme. The service was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. The crust was the perfect thinness and the sauce and toppings were just the right amount. Our server was attentive and courteous and we never wanted for anything. We will definitely be back.

I come here 2 to 3 times a month for lunch and I have never been disappointed. The staff and owners are always attentive to providing great service and delivering quality food. My favorite is the Royal Chuck burger. You can’t beat a half pound burger loaded with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and topped off with an EGG! You have to try at least once. Locally owned and operated, they know the value of their customers. Without a doubt, not your big chain restaurant! Thank God!

This place has THE BEST BROASTED CHICKEN… hands down. We had our first experience with broasted chicken here, and no place has even come close to beating it… guess it set the bar too high. :) Nice atmosphere… a neighborhood place you can just go and chill. Their breaded tenderloins are excellent also. They actually have a pick-​your-​own appetizer sampler where you pick 3 out of 15 or so choices, which you never see. You gotta try this place!

I was recommended to eat here by the former owner. While this place has a fantastic atmosphere… the service was about the worst I’ve experienced. My other half’s cod nuggets were terrible. He didn’t even finish them, which is unusual for a human garbage disposal, lol. I waited 15 whole minutes — yes I really counted — for a refill on my beverage. I was so thirsty and tired of waiting that I had to get up and ask that clueless server to give me something to drink before I shriveled up.
