Chicken sandwich is good. Fries are just above average. Why can’t anyone make good potatoes? Very pristine and the crowd it’s refined that eats hee.

This location consistently forgets to give utensils when I order a salad. And does not get the correct order. They use the right words and phrases but show no true care or value to the customer service they provide. Good food when you have utensils to eat it and horrible customer service.

I waited 20+ minutes for two breakfast sandwiches when I was in the drive through by myself.

⁵⁄₅ for our drive-​thru experience on the day after Christmas. Anyone who knows Cedar Rapids knows how crazy Collins Rd. is on such a day.
We braved it anyway.
Drive-​thru employee who took our order was extremely friendly, as was the employee who handed us or order. From the time we ordered until we received our food we waited no longer than 3 minutes.
On one of the busiest shopping days of the year this location really couldn’t have performed any better.

I’m from the south and I lamented the loss of a nearby chick fil a when we moved to marion. When this one opened I immediately took my family and endured the lines that extended out the door. It was absolutely worth it. Delicious food, friendly staff, clean environment– all the things I’ve come to expect from this franchise.

Same great food you come to expect from Chick-​fil-​a. The staff is friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit

We picked up dinner through the drive through. They misunderstood our order somehow so we had to wait for them to fix it but we appreciated that they threw in a couple of free cookies to help make up for the inconvenience. I don’t think another fast food chain would have ever done that!

I’ve been back a number of times and now they know me by name. This restaurant rocks. I did have a glitch at breakfast time but I’ve been told they have been working on it. The last morning visit was quick.
I strongly urge you to try their salads. I’ve got some health issues and have to eat a lot of greenery. It’s no problem at Chick-​Fil-​A. Even a side salad (which is generous) and a diet soda (or water) makes a lot better snack than a burger at the place with the redheaded clown.
One thing I want to mention is the atmosphere. At night 40+ people in the lobby are quieter and more well behaved than a half dozen guests at the dumpy Mickey Dee’s on First Avenue! This is a much more family-​friendly atmosphere.
The service is awesome and the help always says «My pleasure»… I’d say it sounds corny but I really think they mean it. The people who work here seem to like their jobs and the guests they serve.

Fast service and great food, and the staff is always very polite and helpful when dining in.

Poor wait times and inaccurate orders. The two worst things a fast food restaurant can offer in my opinion.
I visited this location for the first time tonight (11÷12÷12). I ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches. After waiting 14 minutes an employee informed me that it would be 4 more minutes for spicy but I could switch to regular if I didn’t want to wait. I told him that would be fine and he handed me my order a few minutes later. When I got home I realized that my sandwiches did not have the deluxe toppings and were just the regular chicken sandwich.
