Have you ever seen a Philly beef served on a hot dog bun?
I hadn’t either until today.
I found their menu online and was stoked! All of my favorite deli sandwiches and then some.
As far as the food, everything tasted okay, but it was more «cafeteria» than «deli». When I think of deli, I think hearty breads, flat-​top grill… the real deal. This was microwave, «sara lee» and «hy vee» brand sandwich bread (sitting on top of the cooler case in the sandwich prep area) and the hot dog bun for a Philly beef. It was just less than I was expecting.
The dining room area was decorated nice and was comfortable.
They are located in the basement of US Bank.
