Great service all 3 times I’ve been there throughout this past year. A lot of rude customers can come bc it’s a 24 hour place but the staff handles them well and courteously. Food came out fast. Chicken and waffles do not disappoint or the fried chicken meal. Pancakes and coffee are always consistently done well. No complaints. Great diner feel.

I love me some breakfast food and IHOP hits the spot. Good amounts of food with each meal and friendly staff. My only discrepancy is they should have flavored coffee creamer! For a place where coffee is a primary beverage, some vanilla and hazelnut creamer would be much appreciated.

Absolutely terrible. Service was horrendous. Waited 15 minutes before getting seated, once seated it took 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Waitresses were terrible and continuously walked by our table not asking us for refills or anything. Food was mediocre at best

This is one of the worst locations. Went there looking for the best breakfast ever and got no service. I was here with family and got there at 12pm and had a 15minute wait. Thus they were not busy. After taking our food order our waitress ignored us. …even the table next to us had to flag down a manger to ask for water and beverage order!!! It was not until 1:10 that we decided to leave because we did not get our food. We would have stayed if someone even stopped by to tell us that they were working on the order. Never again will I go there.

Don’t come on sundays, because they don’t want you to. We arrived and all the lights on the outside are turned off even though they didn’t close for another 4 hours. I went with my girlfriend and overall our food was pretty good but our waitress was far more interested in talking to her co-workers in the kitchen than bothering to pay any attention to us and she only had us and another 2 person table to attend to…

I have been to this IHOP on several occasions. The first time, my order was perfect and the server was fine. No complaints, the second and third times… not so much. While I really have no complaints about the servers, except their propensity to forget things, my food has not been up to snuff. I ask for lightly toasted, I get black. I ask for a full order, I get half. I get my meal in shifts, not together. I keep trying, hoping my meal will be as good as it was the first time. I always get the same thing. So far, it has not happened. Maybe, I should quit trying…
