Micro is right. My room is so small I have to go out in the corridor to change a quarter. There’s a micro flat screen television, a micro desk and a micro wave oven. There’s also a tall, dormitory style refrigerator and there is a hair dryer, but there is no in-room coffee maker. :( Even though the room is tiny, it is comfortable. The bed is firm(someone said«rock hard» which I call«firm» and that’s fine with me in a hotel.) Lighting is a bit strange, there are ceiling cans over the micro desk and the window bench, complete with curly-fries light bulbs. The only other light is a florescent fixture above the head of the bed, like in a hospital. It has about the same lumens as the sign out front, not exactly a night light for reading while your partner is trying to sleep.(Luckily, I was alone.) The window bench is a nice touch. There is new carpeting in the corridor and the property appears to have recently gone through a refresh. All in all, the place offers a fine value for the rate charged. This isn’t my first time at this property and it probably isn’t my last, either. It’s fine for what it is — a stopover when traveling.

THISPLACEISCHEAPANDCLEAN. There are three floors. The first floor is $ 59/night. It was incredibly stinky. I thought maybe that was because they were in the middle of a huge carpet cleaning project, so I asked if I could be on a higher floor. I was instructed that the 2nd floor is smoking and the 3rd floor is premium. I have no idea why this kid didn’t offer me the premium in the first place. Don’t I deserve to be offered the fancy suite?! Who knows. After he mentioned it, I asked how much it was and it was a mere $ 10 more. OK. for a non-smelling room? Yes, I can shell out ten bucks. Thanks for the nickel-and-dime. I actually wish I would have negotiated that rate, but I honestly didn’t give a rats ass at the time. I was just ready to have a place I could drop off my dog so that I could finally go get a mani-pedi and have a moment of peace. Anyway. I finally get up to my 3rd floor«premium» suite and it is the size of a very small college dorm room replete with a tiny tv, fridge, microwave and window cushion-seat-thingy(that was kind of cool, i have to admit). Not only was the bedding better than the first, it was all IKEA-modern, cheap-but-stylish chic hotel interiors. Surprised? I was. The bed was still hard as a rock and the heater was smelly. Overall, I’d probably stay again in a pinch because I’m cheap, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that doesn’t have proper expectations.
