I have nothing but regrets after visiting this place. I purchased two pair of glasses and the service was horrible. I won’t get my next glasses or lenses from them.

Just a terrible experience. Not one person approached me to ask me if I needed help or informed me that I needed to sign in to have someone help me fit my glasses. After 20 minutes of looking on my own I found a pair I liked and sat down at a fitting station for another 20 minutes. Not one person informed me that I needed to sign in and after twenty minutes I overheard the staff telling other people to sign in so they wouldn’t have to wait. I was completely ignored and for this simple fact, I will never shop here again and I will let all my friends know that their service plain out sucks. I don’t recommend this place.

The advertised prices seem really good. However there are just a few frames to choose from for the promotional price. More than 90% of their inventory is higher priced. Once you add on the«upgraded» frames, tinting, scratch coat, rotation, spin balance, etc., etc., you arrive at a much higher price. They are still better priced than the eye doctor’s office, but no better than Eyemart, Payless Optical, America’s Best, etc. Service: At most times they are grossly understaffed to serve their clientele in a timely manner. There’s a small sign at the counter in the back of the store that says to sign in for new glasses. On the other end of the counter there’s a similar sign that says to sign in for repair or pick-up. No one really watches the door to welcome people or inform them of the sign-in procedure. If the place is busy and it usually is, allow 30 – 40 minutes to be seen. I wasted 30 minutes there today and never did get my glasses adjusted. I presume they put the«repairs» at the bottom of the list. Conclusion: There are many better options in town that have much faster service at the same rates. If you’re looking for adequate service and an inexpensive pair of glasses, go elsewhere. You’ll be happier in the long run.
