Garbage customer service. Decided to give this place a try for the first time since it’s just up the street. Ordered delivery around 530 on a weekday and over two hours later still no pizza. We called a few times and were told oh it’s on the way it will be there any minute. when I called the last time to cancel my order at 8! I asked to speak to a manger and told THEREWASNTONETHERE and they had no way of getting in contact with them. Not how you run a business! I had to call a different location to leave a message to have the manager call me back. We will see if that actually happens but I am not getting my hopes up. What a joke of a business. If I were the franchise owner I would be embarrassed.

I generally like Anthony’s pizza. However their service did not impress. Ordered a pizza online and was given a quote of arriving by 7:15pm. Called about 7:40pm to find out where it was and was told it was«on its way». For context, we live 2 minutes from the store.(Normally would just pick up, but we have two infants and it was easier to just have it delivered this evening). If it was truly on its way, it wouldn’t have taken an additional 10 – 15 minutes until it finally arrived. The delivery person had no idea we paid online already and tried to get us to pay again. Hmm. To top it off, the pizza was cold. Even though I like the pizza and it’s super close to home, we will be going elsewhere from now on so we can at least get warm pizza at the time we were promised

Delicious and staff is friendly! Couldn’t ask for more for a slice of New York Style pizza.

Always great pizza but the dine-in experience during cold weather months is terrible. Whenever one or both doors open, cold air rushes in and freezes out the dining area. Both the food & the customers get cold. You need to add«make-up air units» to blow a curtain of warm air straight down at the door to prevent the cold air from entering. That would greatly improve the dining experience and my family and I could actually remove our coats when dining. y

I called to order and was told they were all out of large pizzas??? Ordered three medium pizzas for delivery. One of the three had burnt crust… not a big issue. I bit into a slice of pepperoni and bit into what felt like a large rock. Pulled it out of my mouth and it turned out it was a piece of glass. Luckily I bit into it and my 9 year old daughter did not. I immediately called to complain and they seemed like it was no big deal. Told me a district manager would call me the next morning. As of now, 24 hours later, I have still heard from nobody.

Very disappointed with the customer service. My children were treated horribly. They paid for their food and were not served. I would have give Anthonys the benefit of the doubt, but my inquiry was met with the same rudeness as was given to my children. I will give a shout out to Jesse who attempted to make it right! I didnt want pizza.(sorry dont like it) I just wanted acknowledgment that there may have been a mistake. Jesse was calm and mature! Much appreciated! I wish I could say the same everyone!

$ 5 for a slice of cheese pizza and a soda seemed ok but the slice was huge so it made up for it. Hit the spot and they even have Pibb(my fave). I think they have free wifi but you must have to ask for the password because I didn’t see it posted anywhere. I’d come back on a Wednesday when kids eat at a discount(for gluten free) or free.

Not sure what happened here but I will be ordering elsewhere from now on. I tried to give them a few chances because I know how good the pizza is when they do it right. My last few orders have been poorly executed and were either burt, late, completely wrong, or just over all sloppy. When I choose to complain about my last order they even had the nerve to blow me off and told me they did everything right. I contacted corporate and they don’t care either. There are 10+ places that make quality pizza and care about there product with in one mile of here, it is no wonder why this place is always empty.

We decided to give this place another try courtesy of the manager. We were pleasantly surprised to find the weird smell was gone and the customer services was improved.

Unfortunately the new owners have taken this already thin New York style pizza and made it so thin that the few toppings that are on it slide right off. Will not waste my money here anymore. Huge bummer because we used to love it and enjoy it regularly.

Waitstaff is lazy and doesn’t take their job seriously. Food is decent, but you’ll have to interrupt them texting to get your order taken.

This is the worst pizza ever. It has no flavor and cheese taste old and cheap. Save yourself $$ and avoid this place. It is run by high school kids.

Popped in here recently again to try their Gluten Free. They use an Udi’s crust and it is pretty good. Don’t think for one second you will be able to share a GF pizza, though. They are personal-sized and it was hardly enough for this gal! Hubs decided to try their calzone and it was huge and he liked it– very solid choice. So-now you know there are other available options at Anthony’s!

The kid answering the phone was cool, the delivery driver was great. The pizza and cheesy garlic bread were HORRIBLE. Even after herbs, spices and a trip under the broiler the cheesy bread was completely bland. I don’t think there was garlic butter on it, it was a hunk of white bread with margarine and a slice of white cheese(mostly unmelted). The pizza wasn’t much better after the same treatment as the bread. Way to much work for delivery pizza. I loved the Anthony’s down on University and Evans– this is not that Anthony’s. Anyone know of good delivery pizza in Centennial?

Not as good as my usual Anthony’s, but still a decent NY slice that’s bigger eating in then what you get to go. They also have White slices. And that super complicated, too many choices Coke machine.

Really disappointing pizza. How these guys stay in business is beyond me. The crust is NOTNYSTYLE, other than it is thin. Very white, dry and bland. If they had this where I grew up in NJ, I would hate pizza. Service? How about lack there of.

This place is staffed by complete raging idiots who couldn’t figure out how to put my wife’s dine-in pizza in a box for her to take home when our 3-year old son got too tired to behave himself in the restaurant. Will never, ever go to this awful place again. Do not patronize them and let them go out of business. Oh, and let’s not forget that the OWNER of this establishment REFUSED to talk about the issue, claimed NOKNOWLEDGE of it, and HUNGUPONME.
