We went with Solar City and started the process 2 months ago. Everything was fine so we could install by the end of the year to have the rebate that is going away at the end of the year. We waited and waited had all approvals, drawing etc completed. We could not get anyone to call us back. When we finally did get a «live» person they told us they could not find the tiles for our roof. Guess what our neighbor had a Solar City person at there house the next day installing solar and they have the same roof. Not very reputable in my opinion.

Go Solar is a locally owned business. Before the process even starts, you get the advice and knowledge of a super friendly office staff! They have a «no pressure» approach to sales. They are loaded with information about«going solar» and the benefits it has to you financially as well as your carbon footprint. The installation process takes a few months to get coordinated but as soon as the work starts, its done in around 2 days. They have an AMAZING warranty program. 25 years for all the equipment and panels! The workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years! So, with our crazy Colorado weather, they have your back! Prices vary due to the size of your home; as does the energy savings. When was the last time you bought something that guaranteed continued savings? GOSOLAR, is that purchase! If you want a «no hassle» approach to something you know you have been wanting to do anyway… call GOSOLAR!

I used their marketing program referral rock in order to recommend them to a customer with two houses needing solar panels. This referral program promised A referral fee, so I went out of my way to post this on social media and to refer my friends. When a friend of mine did sign up and had to learn stalled I figured I would eventually get the referral fee. I was wrong. I’ve had to call multiple times, and talk to multiple people and I just get the runaround. It should be simple, I referred a customer that you requested me to refer through your program and because of that I should get a referral fee. But instead they just took the customer, installed the solar panels and then went cold on me. I think I’m going to have to file in small claims court to get them to hold up to their word unfortunately, and I’m sure it says a lot about how they treat actual customers. It doesn’t matter how much I call I’m only told that as soon as they finish the second house they’ll give me the fee. But the second house should’ve been completed months ago and I’m not quite sure as to the reason why it’s not being installed, I get told something different each time — it’s upsetting as I promoted them with good intentions and they can’t follow through with their own program. Being that the customer referred is a friend, it’s causing issues because his house has no solar being installed after months and months.

I had these guys knock on my door about a week and a half ago. At first I was hesitant. Of course who wouldn’t be with a stranger at your door. But after speaking with their field consultants who set our first appointment I felt so comfortable. Not only did they share my vision of how I want to go solar, but they didn’t pressure me into anything! After only a week I had a second appointment with a tech guy and they laid everything out on the table! I can’t say enough how happy I am to be «going solar» with Go Solar Inc. Our install is set for next week and I can’t tell you how ecstatic I am to have solar energy powering my home. 5 stars for these guys all the way. Great service, great people, great company! Thanks Go Solar! Keep up the great work!
