Pollo Rico Latin Bistro

This exceeded all expectations i had. If you’re looking for somewhere to inpress a date. I highly recommended this restaurant. To start, the service was outstanding. We were greeted by true gentlemen. He pulled out my chair and opened my menu. This kind gesture it took me by suprise as ive never experienced such class in a local restaurant. The food. Was. Amazing. Their special sauce truly is special. I could go on about what a great experience overall we had forever. Thank you. You’ve raised the bar.

Best arroz con pollo and quesadilla ever. I crave them! I would pay for the recipe. I’m not a fan of there empanadas but like everything else I have tried.

The two Stars are for Service the only thing good about this place. Food arrived Luke Warm at best, rice was so over cooked it looked like it squeezed out of a tube. I don’t believe anything in this place is made fresh. Everything tasted like it had been frozen. Spend money elsewhere!

Since this restaurant opened my family and I have been going. I absolutely love the staff, they are overwhelmingly nice and attentive to all needs. The bar is awesome and definitely worth going when they have the dj spinning or music during the weekend. Definitely worth going to!

Pollo Rico is a great Colombian restaurant. I absolutely LOVE their empanadas, and have yet to try ones that top them. It is a clean and inviting atmosphere. I have also had the chicken noodle soup, and the skirt steak. I have never been disappointed by their food.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable space, food was great. Everyone in my party of 5 enjoyed their food. I can’t say much about the other drinks, but they made a tasty sangria. I had the chicken Martha which was very good. The fried yuca was out of this world! All in all a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back!

Pollo Rico. I definitely wouldn’t favorite the place, nor would I say you have to go. The menu feels limited and for your first time being there you get the feeling you aren’t going to enjoy the food. The service is great and the atmosphere is very cute.
The good points don’t stop there, The quesadillia is quite cheap and well portioned, not a traditional flavor and a bit surprising but yummy. I very much enjoyed the empanadas as well, which was another pleasant surprise. Over all the food was decent at a good price.

All the staff is great .I love the food never disappointed. went there this Tuesday had the milanesa with pork with side of sweet plantains. The owner then saw us enjoying our meals and basically liked all our plates clean. He gave us free dessert. One of my favorite places

Loved this place! Staff was extremely polite and the food came out nothing short but amazing! Good work!

The food is embarrassingly bad. I’m not sure how they stay open?
The mojito I had was un drinkable way too sweet and no rum.
I started with steak empanadas which had no steak, some pasty grey meat in a pastry that clearly wasn’t homemade.
I ordered the red snapper for my main course which was dry, way overcooked and way too salty.
I’ve tried this place a couple of times and I won’t be returning.
I was with a large group and no one enjoyed the food. Go to espana, Havana or del fuego for fresh Spanish food.

I cannot attest to the rest of their food, though I’ve had a few dishes that weren’t to memorable.
However, their soups are great. Especially the Chicken Soup infused with many alluring flavors, potatoes, carrots, fresh shredded white meat chicken, and healthy pops of cilantro. They give you a side cup of rice with it. I add their flavorful spice sauce on top and they marry each spoon of rice with the soup though it has stew like qualities.

When you enter, it’s not all too inviting, they could revamp the format/​layout and truly work with the notes of the soups they have to come up with a truly unique menu. I don’t think they do this, but the soups are great. Chicken soup in particular.

I have come to this restaurant for a few years and was always happy with the quality and the amount of food that was given I ordered the Ricoh rap and usually there is a lot of chicken today there was only a few pieces of chicken and mostly rice quality was good but it seems based on this rap that the amounts of chicken given was not like before I guess it’s average now

Beatiful place, delicious food, very friendly staff, a lot of americans enjoying the Colombian food in this clean place.

DONT GO!!! Went out with my fiancé and friends and the service was horrible. You wait forever to get your order taken felt like they forgot about you, But they would constantly ask you if you want another drink, very annoying. The bread on the table was stale well! Also couldn’t tell which waiter was ours because 3 or 4 waiters would try to help you. The entrees aren’t that big mostly rice BIG RIP OFF!!! Wouldn’t go back there again.

Had lunch here a month a ago and the food was just average and exspensive. Wasn’t impressed at all.

I love this place. The staff is amazing! The food is fabulous. The Arroz con polo is my favorite! And the mojitos are amazing! I have not had a bad time here ever!

First visit today, nice décor, music upbeat, friendly staff and very good food. What else do you want… I only had 4 dishes and all tasted perfect but will hold the last star until I return and have a few more treat, see you soon,

New Year’s Eve for a 5pm dinner.
The place was not busy. Staff was friendly. Good was delicious. Décor was beautiful. I gave three stars for that.
My dislikes:
it took 25 minutes to get our food plus we were never served our sodas.
We only got refills on water. So we ate our dinner with water.
IT was not busy and we didn’t receive attentive service.
The only thing they were quick on is bringing us the check to get us out.
Service would get one star.

We started with the empanadas… two beef and two chicken. Ehhh… the shell of the empanadas is somewhat thicker than I’m used to and it was a little hard in some spots. The beef was ground up and okay… I liked the chicken better. The green sauce that comes with it is very good. I wouldn’t order this app again though.
The bread that comes out to start with was dry and a little crumbly. You get butter packets like from the diner.
I had a grilled pork dish that was very tasty. I like that you can pick your two sides. The white rice is tasty and the steamed veg was fine.
My friend got the beef brisket and it was stewed in a tomato based sauce. It was okay but I wouldn’t order it if I went back.
We tried the flan for dessert and it had a good caramel flavor. I would get it again.
Our waters were always refilled and although it was a Friday night, it wasn’t too busy. We were never rushed or felt like we had to leave after finishing dessert.
The acoustics are terrible in the main dining room. There was a party of 8 people when we got there, and it was super loud. They left and a larger party sat down. The noise was almost unbearable and the dining room wasn’t even full.

People will complain that there are Italian food mixed in a Latin restaurant as they should because a restaurant should be their own genre. I had the Italian food because the owner used to own a good Italian place nearby. It was nothing that spectacular and I would want to come back t try his Latin food
