IHOP

I know they aren’t known for their burgers, but if you are going to have it on your menu at least make it not taste like garbage.

Staff is very friendly and courteous, orders are always on time and Shaundra was amazing. Would recommend any time

One word summarizes my experience yesterday — disgusting!!!
I have never been so disgusted at a level of service and food as I was last night at this location. We should have left after it took more than 15 minutes for anybody to offer to seat is, despite one blonde waitress seeing us (and another group) standing up front and ignoring 3 times. But sadly we stayed and thankfully were seated in a different section than that awful blonde waitress. Our waitress was nice, but the food took more than 30 minutes to come out and when it did it was luke warm. Our eggs, which should have been scrambled, were fried eggs over-​cooked, then cut and mixed together to mimic scrambled eggs. The chicken fried steak was too hard to eat and the gravy was congealed with a film on top. The hash browns, if possible, were the most offensive and tasted like they had been stirred in cooking spray and then put on the plate — they were that cold! The only thing worth eating more than a bite of was the pancakes.
I will not be back to this location and may not return to any other IHop for a very long time.

There are only a few restaurants open on Christmas but IHOP is always a great place to eat with a group especially kids who love breakfast foods!

This IHOP has gone down hill over the last year. The service is beyond slow and the food takes a ridiculous amount of time to prepare and be served. We have come here for years and the recent change in management has dragged this place down to the point where it’s no longer enjoyable to eat here and is no longer one of our first choices to eat at.

Went to lunch today. Loved the ham and eggs sandwich. Ordered the potato soup as the side. HORRIBLE. To their credit after I brought it to their attention they discontinued serving it to customers. The Manager came out and took my «soup» to show the cooks what the had done wrong. As I left they were still discussing it. Hopefully they can raise their standards. I could create a better soup in about ten minutes from ingredients in their kitchen.

It’s a good IHOP. Service is excellent and food was cooked very well. I think the meal was timed perfectly and it is open later than most places in centerville, so that is convenient. I left full and happy!

Same olé same olé. Service is hit and miss. Food is average. Occasionally you’ll get an eggcelant omelette but usually most food is just okay. However all is rectified with endless strawberry syrup

Had to wait forever to be seated. They had 3 hosts/​hostesses and tons of tables. Apparently not enough wait staff. Food took a long time as well but was good. We were with kids so it was tough.

The service was great and they are always very friendly and great With my co workers and myself coming In late to eat our midnight snack after a long shift. Love the pancakes. Mmmmm

GREAT SERVICE! Our server Ailee was the best, very courteous and very friendly! When we ordered our meals they were pretty busy, so we figured there would be a wait. But to our surprise it was at our table in less then 5 minutes and it was hot and fresh! We will be back you can count on it! I think if want the best service you should ask for Ailee!

It’s IHOP! It’s IHOP. It is what you’d expect it to be: sugery sweet breakfast options with token efforts at branching out, staff who fall into one of two buckets — inexperienced or jaded and an odd crowd any time of day.
The food was good, stuffed french toast and crêpe combo and the service was prompt. The next table over was looked like some sort of goofy Breakfast Club remake including a broken glass and bad humor that the waitress was kind enough to laugh at.
If you have a craving, IHOP can fill it as long as your expectations are clear before you go.

My husband loves IHOP. He’s a big fan of the cinnamon apple rooty tooty fresh & fruity. We have eaten at IHOPs all over the US and this is the best. My husband was so happy when his pancakes arrived with a generous portion of apples & whipped cream that I had to take a photo for my vacation journal. And when I accidentally dropped my water glass and it shattered all over the table they responded so quickly and nicely and I didn’t even get wet. Thank you IHOP Centerville!

In short, this is the best IHOP I’ve ever been to, (and I’ve been to my fair share of them). The service was friendly and polite and clean! (Which you wouldn’t think is a notable feature, but at other IHOPs I’ve found it lacking.)
The food was the best quality I’ve had at IHOP; everything fresh and warm and cooked perfectly.
The restaurant itself was clean and well kept with no signs of neglect. I saw nothing broken or dirty.
Great job to this establishment! I would go out of the way to come back to this location.
