We stopped eating at Wendy’s six years ago because our orders were wrong EVERY time no matter what location you go to. I got sick of it. We went back yesterday for the first time in many years and the food tasted very different, not as good AND you guessed it, the order was wrong. The burgers are obviously premade and they’re not willing to make a fresh one with or without ingredients you request. Scrape it off for all I care. Just entertain me and pretend like you care. As I mentioned before this happens at every location. It’s almost like companywide training not to make a burger the way the customer orders it. I am totally fine with not going there ever again. There are much better choices around with employees that are willing to listen and make your order correctly.

Amazing. Clean friendly and efficient. Perfect meal.
The orders were taken in a friendly and efficient manner. The pick up area was organized and clear of everything but our competed orders. The 4 of us had special requests on our orders and all 4 were to our specification.

This Wendy’s is on top of their game! They really have it all down. Service is super friendly and fast. The restaurant is cleaner than any other fast food restaurant I’ve seen. The food is always fresh, hot, and great. I don’t know why this location is different than others, but it’s worth the drive from Salt Lake to Centerville to visit.

My daughter and I only use drive-thru and order off their Value Menu stuff. (Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 6pc nugget, 2 value fries — all UNDER $ 6 — and decent sized!) The food is always hot, or at least hotter than warm, and is never cold. Order has always been correct, and staff are friendly. Drive-thru is painless and quick! Been inside a couple times and the restaurant was clean. 4 stars, no issues.

What can I say when my Girlfriends FIRST comment to this place was «Wow this is the NICEST Wendy’s I have ever been in!» Walked in to a totally new look to me for Wendy’s It is very Clean and remodeled, has a fireplace and a TV with free Wi-Fi for your use.
Food was good and came quick, The new soda fountain lets you make a few hundred choices of your drinks… GOOD JOB Wendy’s
