Stopped here last night as we were traveling through knowing you can always get a good burger at In-N-Out. Found out that is not always true unfortunately. We both had Double Double meals. The buns were dry, barely grilled, if at all. The meat was still fairly pink in places. Just not the flavor we have had before. My husband loves their fries but complained they were not as crispy. Was not the experience we have come to expect at In-N-Out. Hopefully, for their sake, it was just a off night.

Always a good experience even though you have to wait a little sometimes. The food is always fresh and the people are usually friendly. The one in centerville is usually clean and you get good food at a good price

This In-N-Out Burger is the best! I may be redundant in saying that but it’s true! I stopped here on my way to Idaho Falls for lunch. If you check out my profile, I am a tourist and from the DC Area. Let me say I don’t get to eat here often and some locals may think I over/under rated this place, but believe it or not, this place seems good to a Northerner! My burger and shake was good, but I thought In-N-Out could have held back on the amount of salt they put onto their fries. In addition to that, I thought it was weird that the dining area was dirty, especially since the place had just open when I get there. I would definitely stop by this In-N-Out if you have a craving for a burger, fresh cut fries, and a good ol’Shake!

Love In-N-Out Burger! The staff is exceptionally bright and happy with their friendly demeanor and crisp uniforms. The burgers are so fresh and yummy and the price is so dang reasonable! Their fries are perfectly dreadful but I don’t even fault them for that, it’s healthier to skip the fries anyway ;) I ordered a milkshake once and I won’t do that again but I’m super picky about any kind of ice cream. Despite the fries and the shakes being sub par, I don’t hesitate to give them 5 stars!

In-N-Out burger is incredible. Fresh vegetables are key in what makes them great. That fresh crunch into a burger makes ALL the difference. From the pricing and customer service to their management style and business model, In-N-Out is undeniably changing the way we eat fast food and our perception of what it can be. Oh yeah and it tastes incredible. Animal style your burger and grab a milkshake, bring ya friends. Long live In-N-Out.

I just don’t get it. I’ve given it 3 tries, yesterday being our last. Lines out the wazoo for what? Who knows. Utahns will flock to anything«hip» even if it’s not good. And if you’re wondering what«animal style» is, its a little secret phrase that customers feel super cool saying. Animal style is when they let an animal take a poop on your food because that’s what it tastes and looks like. Like I said, I obviously don’t get the hype.

What can you say? It’s In-N-Out. The most boring hamburger in America unless you use the secret menu and then they come alive. I will forever be at odds with people who think these fries are great. Like dehydrated tots out of can. The staff is nice and it’s busy, but clean.

Fantastical, fresh and delicious burgers for a reasonable price. Why would you pay more for a burger at the McD’s next door? Let’s be honest about the fries. The Styrofoam matchsticks called fries, even animal style, at In n Out are overrated. Go next door to the clown’s for better fries and get a Happy Meal for 3-year olds that can’t appreciate a good burger.

Honestly what else is there to say about In-N-Out burger? Food is awesome, fresh, and fast. The fries are to die for and the burgers are out of this world. I always make it a mission to seek out one of these gems whenever I travel anywhere out West. A+ as always!

The most awesome staff! A young man named kael took our order and was so awesome. Incredibly friendly lad regardless of cooking in the summer sun. Food was on point as always. We always stop here on our way home from lagoon because it’s fast and yummy, at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

In n out is good. Growing up with IN n Out and listening to everyone tell me it was the best burger in the world always confused me. It may be the best fast food burger in the world, but anyone putting processed cheese on the top of my burger won’t be close to the top. There is always a huge line, but they are extremely efficient at moving the line along, so don’t be discouraged when you see the drive through is 20 cars deep. The staff is always super friendly, the food is always good and very reasonably priced. They have branched out quite a bit from california. If you live in the west coast you probably have one near you. Try it out, don’t expect it to be as glorious as everyone says or you may be disappointed, but as far as fast food burger go this one is on top. Try their shakes as well, they are pretty good

I love In n Out burgers! We travel from Wyoming and whenever we find this joint, we quickly change our plans and pull in here for lunch/dinner and midnight snacks! You always get a quality burger with fresh cut fries. I love the atmosphere and fun employees. One worker was cleaning the chairs and doing her best to get the place spotless. Try the cheeseburger with grilled onions and don’t forget the«spread» for your fries. Another little secret nugget – they have little jalapenos type peppers. For some added spice, grab a few and add it to your burger.(located to the self serve ketchup bar) We love the prices the very best. We can feed our cute family of 5 for about $ 20 bucks. Easy to enjoy a burger on the road, when the prices are great. Shakes are from a machine, not hand mixed or anything fancy, but pretty good none the less. Chocolate is my favorite, of course! —Tips and Tricks— Get a free hat or the stickers for the kids. Check out the large pins that hold their aprons on. Too cute and fun. Also make your own drink by serving diet coke 2⁄3 of the way in your cup, then top it off with Dr.Pepper. Called«diet splash» Delish! For the vegetarians in your group, get the cheeseburger with no meat. Also caters to the gluten free diet with the«protein style» with no bun, wrapped in crisp lettuce.

What I love about this restaurant is that the name says it all: you get In-n-Out in no time with a satisfied belly and a full smile! While we were eating, one of the workers was scraping and wiping the cracks in each of the chairs with a straw, talk about dedication to cleanliness! I was impressed with the whole atmosphere, from the workers opening doors for us and welcoming us with huge grins, to the promptness of our food and the fact that everything was filled and ready to go(ie. salt, ketchup, little peppers). TIPS&TRICKS: * Try a cheeseburger with grilled onions, it definitely broadens the menu of just burgers and fries. * Ask for«spread» when you pick up your order, it’s a great dip for your french fries. * Check out the bottom of the cups and sides of the packages that hold your burgers and fries, there’s always a nice reminder of what really matters. * Ask for a free In-n-Out hat, then be sure to take a photo and document your time at a tasty joint!

I frequent the Centerville location as a «Yay the week has been awesome!» reward for myself. The saying goes«Quality is a lack of Variance». In-n-Out is a prime example of Quality over and over again. They have figured out an amazing process that every person says the same thing assigned to their role. I love the fact that in the drive through you can see all the food being made kind of putting all the employees on display. But this I think helps establish this great culture they have. Everyone that I have seen is happy, always smiles and they always seem to be having a good time. I give props to the Centerville location and not just for how close it is to my home but also the fact that you can tell they really do enjoy what they do. I love knowing the ‘lingo’ and feeling like a part of the experience there. Knowing they have a «secret» menu is half the fun! But having unique ways of providing their classic experience of eating it in the car, which I hardly ever see anyone do BUT the point is they don’t break away from how they made themselves known! They always have the«Will you be eating that in the car? No? Ok, we will Bag It Up!» When I go through the drive through with my wife and say«2 Double Doubles with Onions and Please Bag It Up», she kind of looks at me puzzled like she is not in on playing some part of a game haha! Keep up the good work my friends!

So in the realm of fast food burgers these guys are king. Don’t compare them to a 5 guys, Habit burger etc. My usual order is a double double and an ice tea. The fries are just average. Value wise this place rocks.
