Foo Chow Kitchen

I have ordered delivery from this place countless times while at work. It is collectively my co-​workers and I’s favorite Chinese place. I am a big fan of the General Tso’s Tofu, which tends to be hit or miss dish as the correct consistency is difficult to achieve. The spring rolls are really good too. My co-​workers can vouch for numerous Chicken dishes, the Wonton soup, etc. When we all order together (spending $ 40 or so) they usually throw in a couple freebies.
Delivery times have ranged from 16 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes! It’s taken over 45 minutes 3 – 4 times, but usually takes between 20 – 30 minutes. There was one occasion where two of us ordered and both of our dishes were bland. I have little tolerance for such a thing, but one out of possibly 20 or so orders, isn’t too bad. I had to convince this particular person to try again because it was off. He’s sold on this place now though. I might really second guess placing another order if this were to occur again, but as of now Foo Chow and I are in good standing.

We just moved to the area and I was nervous I wouldn’t find a good chinese place. The food here is amazing, and they are always quick! Definitely the best chinese food in the area.

Always great customer service. I am not surprised people complain because most of the time they come in with a nasty attitude in the first place as I have seen this with my own eyes. I always order from this restaurant and they have always been pleasant, quick and the food is great! if they make a mistake they own up to it. They fix it. And They DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR IT. They will give you your correct order. Good 叉烧宝 (Most people in the area do not even know what this is) Great Sesame Chicken, Great Egg Drop Soup, and their Egg Rolls are on point. I recommend them :)

Amazing Chinese food anything you order is bound to taste like heaven but I do recommend the fried rice with chicken wings. They staff is very friendly and hard working with a great personality. The store is always clean and I never have any problems

I only ordered boneless spare ribs & steamed dumplings. The food was decent & they didn’t take very long to deliver. A little impatient at my door though… rang the bell 3 times in like 30 seconds. It was good overall.

This place is a joke and they are rude! We ordered and they said 20 – 35 mins. 1 hour and 10 mins later!!! We called to cancel and they cop an attitude and hand up. After reading the other post im not Shocked why they have such bad reviews. I’ll give my business to lucky kitchen!!!

I ordered General Tso’s chicken with brown rice and an order of chicken teryiaki with fried rice. The Tso’s chicken was too chewy and the brown rice was DRY. The chicken teryiaki tasted weird (according to my boyfriend). He was so hungry before the food got delivered but got turned off by the «flavor». Disappointed. Pizza would have been better.

I am not able to give them any star because the costumer service was horrendous. They made mistake in their delivery and instead of being appologic, they charge us more and want back their soup. I refuse to order from them again. It appears that I am force to give them one star to inform you about this terrible establishment..

I ordered a spicy beef not spicy veggies for $ 9. Cmon is it gonna kill u to give your patrons a bit more meat if that’s what we are ordering

Great food in a sketchy strip mall. Small eat-​in area. Chinese food its authentic & not your typical Americanized stuff if you know what to order from their large menu.

Excellent pork buns, sesame wontons, dumplings, chicken and broccoli, soups, egg foo yung, sesame chicken, even the diet steamed dishes are great… It’s all good! I wish this place delivered to Islip!

This place used to be the «Best Chinese food in CI» when the current owners’ parents owned this place. Nowadays, they overload your to go order with rice and very little of whatever else you ordered with it. Get your food from Delicious Chinese off Carleton Ave. You’ll be much happier.
