The food here is great but the service is terrible. Especially the drive thru line and the staff there isn’t too friendly sometimes. Mobile ordering is better

Came in for a late night snack with the kids. The drive thru was really packed with cars, so we decided to eat inside. The cashier was very pleasant. We didn’t wait long for the food, but I was missing 1 item I ordered. Also the food was not labeled properly; we didn’t know what was what; chicken or beef. Food was good.

Glad there is a local Taco Bell, but this is the SLOWEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Lines are always long, especially the drive thru. I’m literally here now on line as I type this and the girl taking my order is laughing in the background, not paying attention which pisses me off because this is why orders are ALWAYS WRONG! Also, I’m at the speaker for 5 minutes no lie before I decide to say hello for her to realize I’m even there. I only come here because my mom loves Taco Bell but I can’t deal with this service. I’ve worked in different types of customer service so I really do become frustrated when I come across terrible ones like in this place.
