I went here last night with a group of Co-​workers. The service was poor at best. The food was as good as appetizers could be. At the end of our stay it took 20 minutes just to get the check. I made the stupid mistake of adding an order to go. I waited roughly 40 minutes before my waitress even passed me let alone noticed me I stopped her and asked where my food was she said oh were backed up it should only be a few more minutes. Few more minutes came and went so I left without ever seeing my waitress again and without my to go bag.

Great food and drinks. Come here weekly with my family. Everything is always great and severs are attentive highly recommend coming here for happy hour or anytime !!!

Usually my go to spot when I want to go eat but this time around the service was terrible it took almost an hour to get our food. The burgers came out medium rare when I wanted it well done as well as coming out cold. Waiter was excellent just ended being the kitchen fault but at least the place was clean despite it being busy. This Chili’s location needs to motivate their employees to work harder and be more interested in their job.

Chili’s attempt to go high tech makes them low touch. Very few servers make it difficult to have a casual relaxing meal, wondering where your server is. Very disappointing.

ASTORIA, NY
just ordered lunch and was told that we would get it in 15 – 20 mins. Unfortunately, it took 45 mins and it was because the soup didn’t thaw (WHO KNEW it would take that long to thaw soup). Worst part about it? They showed no remorse with an empty restaurant (wonder why it’s empty, hmmm). Took so long that the food that been waiting for the soup to get hot got cold when I got around to eating it. Considering not going back to this location because

Came here with my husband around lunchtime on a Saturday. It was quiet and yet our server only came to our table to get our order and give us our food. He seemed disinterested and slightly irritated that we asked for a few minutes before ordering. Food was average. I got a tiny cup of chili that was almost 4 bucks and a grilled chicken salad that was overpriced. My husband got the steakhouse burger he was pleased with and he said the fries it came with tasted like what you would buy frozen at the grocery store. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but we were really hungry and tired from moving from another state. They best part about it was that we were in and out pretty quickly.

Right around the corner from my house, it’s an inexpensive chain with chain quality food. We return again and again for the awesome host at the front who always makes the kids feel special, the friendly waitstaff, and the 2fer wine and beer specials :-)

This is not my local Chilis, but when I am in the area, this is where I love to go. Sometimes I go here just to hang out at the bar. Nice bartenders.

I’ve only been here once; so far I’ve had a good experience. Their food and service is good. I ended up staying there for about 3 hours, I’m guessing past closing time, and they didn’t bother us. Overall, pretty good.
P. S. It’s located off the Sunrise Highway, on the side going east.

Sell out review… I know but this needs to be written,
I remember 9 or 10 years ago when Chilis came to L. I I believe the bethpage one was the first and I went. It used to be a halfway meeting place for me and my cousins and we used to love it. Once every 2 weeks we would meet kept it a tradition. Fast Foward to present day chilis and my portions are getting smaller and smaller, my food taste half cooked and my 2 for twofers drinks should be put in a zippy cup. I dont expect the world from chilis but I used to take your place over any other chain restaurants.
The cooks are no more then Glorified microwave button pushers.

Been to this Chili’s several times and the food and drinks were great. The nachos with chicken is always a favorite.
